Colibacillosis brings economy damnify to the poultry breeding and is the important disease inpoultry diseases that result in body expense.Colibacillosis Can bring important influence to commonality sanitation and people health.Taian is the important chicken base in our country.Poultry breeding is the important approach that promotes economy and makes a pile for farmer in the local territory. The diseasees that infected by bacteria is gradually the important factor that influences poultry breeding and economy development.The Colibacilosis is an important bacteria infection and many researchers seek and ask for the method to control the disease.To control efficaciously the Colibacillosis in broiler chook in Tai An, Epidemiological investigation, Microbial sensitivity tests and Clinic medication therapeutics have beenconduced.The result of the experiment proves that:First : The result of Epidemiological investigation shows that the fastigium age of Colibacillosis is 3 weeks,which is 78.0%proportion mention the 41 poultry breeding.The incidence and mortality of Colibacillosis is different between standard hennery witll 15.3%incidence and 7.4 % mortalitywith individual hennery with 45.8 % incidence and 13.3 %mortality.Colibacillosis with other diseases intercurrently is the primary mode.Theserology of 41 E.coli was investigated.The result shows that serum typeconsists 14 kinds and 4 kinds including O78(7)、02(5)、015(5)、O11(3)are preponderant in all 14 kinds serum type.Secend:Microbial sensitivity tests has been conducted in this part.This result shows 41 E.coli are drug—fast incoordinately.41 E.coli are susceptive to Cefotaxime,Ceftriaxone,Fosfomycin and Florfenicol(65%-92%).Thegreat mass of 41 E.coli(83%)are drug—fast for more than 6 drug.Third:Clinic medication therapeutics test has been conducted in the 23 henhouse with the drug of Cefotaxime,Ceftriaxone,Fosfomycin and Florfenic01.The results show the drugs ale effectual with mortality between0.64%with 0.92%,and cure rate between 98.7%with99.0%...
