Isolation, Identification And The Disease Treatment Of Pathogenic E.Coli In Broiler Chicken In Wei’Fang Area

Escherichia coli disease is caused by Escherichia coli pathogenic serotypes of some chickens, a major cause of bacterial infectious diseases with acute or chronicity. The major clinical presentation of E.coli was acute blood poisoning, peritonitis, enteritis, pericarditis, perihepatitis, salpingitis, omphalitis, synovitis, airbag inflammation, granuloma, ophthalmia, panophthalima. Avian colibacillosis can result in a severe economy loss to poultry industry, and as one of serious disease it may reduce a hidden threatten to human.The study was carried on epidemiology about broiler colibacillosis in weifang district,as well as do drug susceptibility test using the separation strain,and do clinical treatment using high-sensitivity drugs. It provides theoretical basis for effective preventing E.coli.Etiology of the test from the perspective of some farm in Wei’fang region,160crowd was redded,78crowd were suspected to be E.coli disease, in which72crowd were diagnosed to be E.coli disease. Microbiological examination showed that the bacteria separated from the heart, liver, and intestinal contents of chickens was middle, rounded at both ends of it, and it was the Gram-negative bacteria; then through biochemical identification to the initial diagnosis of E.coli infection in chickens. E.coli high period is3to6weeks of age,and there was no obvious seasonal.The co-infection accounted for83.35%of the total number of incidence chickens.E.coli O factor serum of the72isolated from pathogenic E.coli serotypes were identified.The results have belonged to62E.coli serotype14, accounting for86.1%of the isolates. The dominant serotype are O78、O1、O2、O15、O11、O143.Susceptibility test results showed that the susceptible medicines for E.coli were only ofloxacin, cefoxitin, ceftazidime, kanamycin, cefepime, streptomycin and middle-susceptible medicines were cefotaxim, aztreonam,etc. Most antibiotics, such as medecamycin, cefuroxime, ceftriaxone, tenebrimycin, cafalotin, ampicil, cefazolin, piperacillin, and cefoperazone for E.coli were not susceptible.The rult of clinical treatment after drug susceptibility test is obvious.The cure rate is more than98.96%.Currently, the avian E.coli disease was one of the serious diseases of poultry industry, poultry of all ages can be infected with E.coli, but most occur in young poultry, chickens morbidity and mortality rate were higher especially. The study provided not only for avian E.coli clinical information, but also for other animals.The clinical diagnosis of E.coli provided a theoretical basis for prevention and control, so it has important practical significance.
