| In order to explore the effects of altitude and soil type on the quality of flue cured tobacco and the eco-environment of high quality flue-cured tobacco production in Guangnan, we set up three regions in different altitude and three kinds of soil type. The variety in this experiment is Y87. Growing period, agronomic traits, economic traits, physical index, chemical components and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco were analyzed. The latitude of experiment are low altitude (1250 m, N:23° 59’E:104° 40’), middle altitude (1450 m, N:23° 54’E:104° 37 ’) and high altitude (1600 m, N:23° 50’E:104° 35’). Three kinds of soil type are red soil, brown soil and yellow soil. The results show that:The content of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine and total nitrogen planted in different soils present the significant differences (P< 0.05). There are 11 kinds of chemical compositions planted in the yellow soil and middle altitude in the content range of high quality flue-cured tobacco, and 9 kinds of chemical compositions planted in the yellow soil and high altitude in the content range of high quality flue-cured tobacco, but only 4 kinds of chemical compositions planted in the red soil and low altitude in the content range of high quality flue-cured tobacco. In conclusion, the flue-cured tobacco planted in yellow soil of middle altitude and high altitude is better, and the one planted in red soil of low altitude is worse. In the tobacco growing areas of Guangnan, the scores of style characteristics, smoke characteristics, quality characteristics and total scores of flue-cured tobacco planted in the yellow soil are the highest, and the scores planted in brown soil are the second, the scores planted in red soil are the lowest; The aroma quality and the quantity of aroma planted in yellow soil of middle altitude are the best, and the scores are also the highest, and the flu-cured tobacco planted in yellow of middle altitude is the second, the flu-cured tobacco planted in red soil of low altitude is the worst. All indexes considered, the comprehensive quality of flue-cured tobacco planted in the yellow soil of middle altitude is best, the comprehensive quality of flue-cured tobacco planted in the yellow soil of high altitude is the second, and the red soil of low altitude is worst. |
