The corloring phenomenon mechanism is different between early maturing peach and red leaf peach and gree leaf pech. The early maturing peach (’zaomei’、’chunlei’) and red leaf peach (’tsuku-ba-5’、’Rutgers redleaf) and green leaf peach (’ximi’)were used to be studied. The pigment contents、leafcolor parametes、relvtive expression of F3’H、 photosynthitic rate and fluorescence parameters were determined, therefore the relation between pigment contents and leafcolor parmaters were analyzed. The leaf chlorophyll fluorescence parameters with three different types of peach leaf were compared and the relationship between the anthocyanin and the energy allocation by PS Ⅱ reaction ceter. The main results are as follows:1、During the experiment, the leaf color of the early maturing peach and red leaf peach changed significantly ’ximi’ remained green. With the leaves turning red, the content of anthocyanin with two kinds of early maturing peach was increased. The chromatic component a of the early maturing peach leaf became bigger from negative to positive, but the red leaf peach showed the opposite trend。With the leaves turing green, the anthocyanin content showed a decreasing trend. The chlorophyll content of peach leaf showed fluctuations. Correlation analysis showed Ant、Ant/Chl positively correlated with chromatic component a.Ant、Ant/Chl negatively correlated with chromatic component b*.2、The changes of leaf color and pigments composition in four varieties of peach were studied from May to September. The results indicated that the leaf color of each variety showed significant difference during leaf color process. There were 5 anthocyanins were tentatively identified, early maturing peach contained three kinds anthocyanins and red leaf peach contained four kinds anthocyanins. The main anthocyanins were cyanidin-3-O-glucoside (Cy3G) and cyanidin 3-rutinoside.The kind of anthocyanin did not change much during the leaf color process. The chromatic component a* of the early maturing peach leaf became bigger from negative to positive, but the red leaf peach showed the opposite trend. The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the contents of CY3G and cyaniding-3-rutinoside positively correlated with chromatic component a*.The research showed cyanidin is the material basis that the leaf showed red. Not the different kinds of anthocyanins but the content of anthocyanins that cause different red leaf phenomenon mechanism.3n In this experiment, quantitative real-time RT-PCR was employed to analyze the F3’H gene in the anthocyanin biosynthetic pathway. The results showed that the F3’H gene was expressed in the different types peach leaves. From May to September, the gene expression level increase during the leaf change red. During the experiment, the relative expression of the early maturing peach is higher than the other types peach leaves, ’zaomei’was higher than ’chunlei’.The expression level was different between the two kinds red leaf peach. The expression level of ’tsuku-ba-5’always remain very low.F3’H gene is closely related with anthocyanin synthesis and leaf color.4、The chlorophyll fluorescence and excited energy distribution were compared with three different types of peach. The effects of anthocyanin on excited energy distribution was analyzed. The results showed that with the light intensity increased, the Pn becomed bigger, but the Pn of the green leaf peach was lower than the other two types peach leaves. In high temperature environment, the chlorophyll fluorescence Fv/Fm of ’ximi’ and ’tsuku-ba-5’was significantly lower than other months. But’zaomei’did not change much. Correlation analysis showed Fo、Fm was a significant positively correlated with Chlb and negatively correlated with Ant. The share of OPS II is higher than the period of the leaves do not change red. Anthocyanin can prevent leaves from the struction of excess light energy and change the excitation energy distribution in photosynthetic to maintain the photosynthetic function well.
