Experiments was conducted according to the principle of 4 x 4 dutlicate Latin square design and focusing on the dynamic change of four different diet fiber components in duodenum-terminal ileum double fistula pigs’gastrointestinal tract the varying correlation between diet fiber and insoluble mineral components in vivo.Broccoli residue, wheat bran, soybean hull and rice bran were selected to formulate experimental diets in which diet fiber was supplied only by the four fiber ingredients. After feeding experimental pigs, duodenal and ileac digesta, feces were collected.and then Solid phase and liquid phase were separated.content of mineral ion, detergent fiber non starch polysaccharide were detected in these samples.Experiment 1:Dynamic change of binding mineral contained in digesta. The term "binding mineral" here was defined as the mineral constituent insoluble in 85% ethanol solution and the solubility of mineral was canculated by indicator method. The experimental results indicated that the dissolution rate of mineral varied with the site of gastrointestinal tract and the coefficient of Ca, P, Mg, Mn originated from rice bran diet was the lowest in all ileum and feces samples. The solubility of Ca, P, Fe originated from broccoli residue diet, as well as the index of Ca, P forrice bran diets was stable in whole gastrointestinal tract. The highest solubility site of most mineral was duodunum and the lowest one was feces, including Zn, Mn of broccoli residue diet,Cu, Zn, Mn ofsoybean hull diet and Mg, Mn of rice bran diet, whereas a contrary trend was observed Cu of rice bran diet In conclusion, the property of diet fiber and the physiological environment of gastrointestinal tract played the dominant role in the distribution of minerals in Solid and liquid phase of samples.Experiment 2:Digestibility of detergent fiber in gastrointestinal tract and correlation between detergent fiber content and binding mineral. The results indicated that digestibility of broccoli residue dietNDF and ADF was highest, counting for 82.01% and 75.07% respectively. Digestibility of broccoli residue diet and wheat bran diet NDF, ADF were higher in distal ileum, while that of broccoli residue diet and soybeanhull diet NDF, ADF were higher. There was a significant positive correlation between content of binding Ca and NDF,Ca Fe and ADF,Zn and hemicellulose in feedstuff, as well as Ca,Cu and NDF, Ca, Cu and ADF, Zn and hemicellulose in duodenal digesta, Cu and NDF, Cu, Fe and ADF, P Mg, Zn Mn and hemicellulose in ileac digesta,Cu,Zn and NDF and ADF, Zn, Mn and hemicellulose in feces (P< 0.05).Experiment 3:Digestibility of NSP in gastrointestinal tract and correlation between insoluble NSP content and binding mineral. Results indicated vivo physiological environment solubilizing some monosaccharide residues, such as the solubilization of the low PH in stomach on Rha, Man, Gal from four fiber diets, Ara Xyl from Broccoli residue diet, UA from wheat bran and rice bran diets. while the solubilization of UA disappeared in small intestine.NSP of four diets were digested for some extent in small intestine.difference of digesting appeared in Rha, Man, Gal. Large intestine was the main segments of degradation for growing pigs.. Digestibility of total NSP of broccoli residue diet and soybean hull diet were significant higher than wheat bran diet and rice bran diet, as high as 85.02% and 78.95%,respectively (P< 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between content of Gal and Cu in feedstuff, Rha, Gal, UA and Ca, Fe in duodenul digesta,Rha Gal, UA and Fe, Ara, Xyl and Zn, Mn in ternimal ileum digesta, as well as Ara, Xyl and Mn, Ara and Ca, Gal and Zn in feces (P< 0.05). In conclusion, there was possibility for pectin binding Ca Fe,as well as araboxylan binding Zn Mn in vivo.
