As the continuous influence of greenhouse effect, the study of carbon reserve about ecosystem becomes more and more important. Serve as a main carbon sink, forest carbon reserve’s measurement can provide potent reference frame for ecological balance. Based on the relation between biomass and carbon stock, there are three different method of biomass’ s measurement, then figure out the carbon stock combining the carbon content of different seeds of trees. With the analysis of carbon stock’s result, work out the difference between the three different measurement methods and carbon stock in different towns. On this basis, figure out carbon dioxide’s annual uptake about forest in Kaihua, integrate carbon emission in various industry to assess carbon balance.Research shows that the high-forest’s carbon stock is 4710.9 kilotons(IPCC measurement method), 2996.5kilotons(Biomass factor transformation method) and 3884.7 kilotons(Biomass parameters regression model method) respectively. Results of variance analysis shows that the three different measurements have no significant difference. The carbon stock of bamboo forest figured out by using the Dual speed production model is 84.2 kilotons. There are 16 towns in Kaihua county, the town of Huabu’s carbon stock is maximum and its value is 682.3 kilotons(IPCC measurement method), 440.7 kilotons(Biomass factor transformation method) and 561.1 kilotons(Biomass parameters regression model method) respectively. The minimum is present to Majin town which carbon stock is 72.1 kilotons(IPCC measurement method), 46.3 kilotons(Biomass factor transformation method) and 59.3 kilotons(Biomass parameters regression model method) respectively. The fixed carbon content of high-forest takes the carbon stock of every seeds of trees multiply by the net growth rate of every species of trees, and the bamboo forest’s fixed carbon content is its carbon stock’s 1/6. The high-forest’s fixed carbon content is 303.0 kilotons(IPCC measurement method), 203.5 kilotons(Biomass factor transformation method) and 251.3 kilotons(Biomass parameters regression model method) respectively in Kaihua county, annual carbon uptake gotten by annual fixed carbon content(CO2=C*44/12) is 1110.7 kilotons(IPCC measurement method), 764.1 kilotons(Biomass factor transformation method) and 921.3 kilotons(Biomass parameters regression model method) respectively. The fixed carbon content is 14.0 kilotons and the carbon uptake is 496.4 kilotons. The total carbon emission is 2292.8 kilotons in 2012, based on the three different methods, the ratio between annual carbon uptake of forest ecosystem and the county’s annual carbon emission is 70.10%(IPCC measurement method), 54.19%(Biomass factor transformation method) and 61.83%(Biomass parameters regression model method) respectively.
