Selection the 21-day trial weaning weight similar (8.28 ± 0.23kg) of Duroc crossbred piglets 90, based on similar principles of body weight, were randomly divided into five groups, a trial period of 28 days. All test swine were immunized with attenuated live swine plague vaccine on 21-day. During 26 to 53 days of age, the control group fed the basal diet, II group added 400mg/kg astragalus polysaccharides on the basis of the diet, Ⅲ-Ⅴ group added 250mg/kg,500mg/kg and 1000mg/kg in the basal diet, respectively, composite antimicrobial peptides, "Taikanglibao." At the time of each group 32,39,46 and 53, were randomly selected 6-day-old piglets before vena cava blood, detecting peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets of piglets, lymphocyte transformation rate and erythrocyte immune parameters, at 39 and 53 days per then select group of six piglets slaughtered detection spleen index, spleen lymphocytes cycle and apoptosis. Study on composite antibacterial peptide "Taikanglibao", the effect of Astragalus Polysaccharide on immune function about weaned piglets, and to explore mechanism of the best dosage and effect of "Taikanglibao", provide the experimental basis and theoretical basis for its application in animal production.Results:(1) "Taikanglibao" and astragalus polysaccharides were weaned spleen index have increased the role of" Taikanglibao " to enhance the effect is more obvious, and there is a dose-dependent effect, but the economic point of view state to 500mg/kg feed additive Taikanglibao "best.(2) Both "Taikanglibao" and astragalus polysaccharides have reduced the number of spleen cells in Go/G] phase, while improve the number of lymphocytes and lymphocyte PI values (P<0.05 or 0.01) in S phase, G2+M. In addition to the continuous feeding two weeks phase in order to enhance the effect of astragalus polysaccharide most obvious control group, all other indicators throughout the test period are "Taikanglibao". The most obvious effect of group (P<0.05 or 0.01), except for 53d when, 1000mg/kg group of about worse than 500mg/kg group, the effects were dose-dependent, continuous feeding two weeks to add a dose of 1000mg/kg best, continuous feeding four weeks to add a dose of 500mg/kg best.(3) " Taikanglibao " and astragalus polysaccharides have reduced the percentage of apoptotic role of spleen lymphocytes (P<0.01), with " Taikanglibao" significantly decreased (P<0.01), and continuous feeding two weeks to 1000mg/kg the lowest rate of lymphocyte apoptosis, continuous feeding four weeks to 500mg/kg diet group the lowest rate of lymphocyte apoptosis.(4) " Taikanglibao " and astragalus polysaccharides all have to improve peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets CD3+, CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+ percentage and CD4+/CD8+ (P<0.05 or 0.01), and the " Taikanglibao" 500m g/kg. groups and 1000mg/kg group than the APS group (P<0.05), " Taikanglibao " continuously added 3 weeks 1000mg/kg group than 500mg/kg group.(5) " Taikanglibao " and astragalus polysaccharides were increased lymphocyte transformation rate effect, " Taikanglibao" 500mg/kg group,1000mg/kg group and the control group astragalus polysaccharide have significant difference (P<0.05 or 0.01). With lymphocyte transformation rate," Taikanglibao " additive increase significantly increased (P<0.01).(6) "Taikanglibao" and astragalus polysaccharides were increased peripheral erythrocyte complement receptor rosette percentage and reduce the percentage of red blood cell immune complex rosette (P<0.01), which " Taikanglibao " 500mg/kg group and 1000mg/kg group the effect is more obvious, and has obvious dose-dependent effect (P<0.01).Conclusion:Composite antimicrobial peptides "Taikanglibao" and astragalus polysaccharides were weaned spleen index has improved, reducing the number of spleen cells in G0/G1 phase, S phase, G2+M lymphocyte count and lymphocyte PI values lower spleen lymphocytes withered death percentage, improving peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets CD3+, CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+ percentage, CD4+/CD8+ and lymphocyte transformation rate and improve peripheral erythrocyte complement receptor rosette percentage and lower wreath percentage role erythrocyte immune complexes, thus promoting immune organ weaned spleen development, promoting lymphocyte proliferation, reduce lymphocyte apoptosis and improve the body’s overall immune function.Add 500mg/kg feed and 1000mg/kg feed "Taikanglibao" to improve immune function was significantly better than which in piglets Add 400mg/kg feed APS, "Taikanglibao continuous feeding two weeks to 1000mg/kg feed agents better, continuous feed fed four weeks to 500mg/kg dose is better.
