Effects Of Antimicrobial Peptides(AMPs)“Taikanglibao” Onimmune Function And Antioxidant Capacity In Serum Of High-concentrate Feeding Goats

The research results of antibacterial peptides in animal production performance,anti-pathogenic microorganisms,immune organ index and disease prevention are mostly concentrated on mice,rabbits,chickens,pigs and aquatic animals,Immune function and antioxidant capacity of ruminant animal research reports are rare.In this study,the antibacterial peptide(AMPs)“TaiKangLiBao”was added to the basal diet of4-month-old male Chuanzhong black goats to investigate the effect of antibacterial peptides on immune function and antioxidant function of goats fed with high concentrates.In this study,12 male black Chuanzhong goats with similar body weight(16.17±0.72kg)aged 4 months were randomly divided into 2 groups and after a week of pre-feeding test.Feed each of them with high concentrated food 600g/day in group I(control group).Feed each goat with high concentrated food 600g/day and antibacterial peptide named “TaiKangLiBao” 3g/day in group II(AMPs group).Feed all groups of goats for 60 days.Every 20 days from start,4 goats were selected randomly in each group,Draw their blood from the jugular vein 8mL every goat.Separation of 4mL serum every goat.Measurement of serum immunoglobulin(IgG、IgM、IgA),cell factor(IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IL-12、IFN-γ、TNF-α),the content of alexin(C3、C4),and the antioxidant capacity(SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、T-AOC、MDA、·OH).Test the lymphocyte transformation ratio and erythrocyte immune index using the rest 4mL heparin anticoagulant of each goat(percentage of E-C3 bR acceptor rosette and R-ICR of E-ICR).Results:(1)Compared with the control group,“TaiKangLiBao” has the effect on increasing the lymphocyte transformation rate,increasing the percentage of peripheral blood red blood cell complement receptor rosettes and decreasing the percentage of red blood cell immune complex rosettes(P <0.05 or 0.01).The effect is best when continuously used for40 days;(2)Compared with the control group,“TaiKangLiBao” has the effect of increasing the cytokines 、 immunoglobulins andcomplementscontent,There was no significant increasing ofTNF-α and IgMlevels(P <0.05);(3)Compared with the control group,“TaiKangLiBao” has the functions of increasing SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,T-AOC activity,increasing the ability of inhibiting OH and reducing MDA content(P<0.05 or 0.01).It works best for 60 days.Conclusions:“TaiKangLiBao” can increase the serum IgM and TNF-α content of the goat,increase the peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation rate and enhance the immune function of red blood cells,thereby enhancing the immune function of high concentrate feeding goats.It can effectively enhance the anti-oxidation ability of goats fed with high concentrates.It is an ideal feed additive for animal production.Under the conditions of this test,the best results were obtained after 60 days of continuous feeding.
