Effects Of Compound Antibacterial Peptide "Taikanglibao" On Antioxidantion In Serum And Tissues Of Weaned Piglets

This paper studies the different doses of compound antibacterial peptide named "Taikanglibao"of weaned piglets the influence of humoral immunity and cytokines’ level, and explore the best level of "Taikanglibao" and its mechanism of action, makes every effort to find a kind of green and efficient natural immunopotentiators.This test takes 17 age vaccinated against swine fever rabbit turns weak poison, 21 days of age weaning clinical healthy and swine fever antibody levels of similar age (25 to detect swine fever antibody levels) of 90 piglets, were randomly divided into 5 groups.Trial period is 26～53 days of age, I control group based diet, feeding II group of astragalus polysaccharides is added in the feed 400 mg/kg, Ⅲ, Ⅳ,Ⅴ group respectively in the feed to add "Taikanglibao"250 mg/kg,500 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg.6 piglets were randomly selected to collect blood and then saprate the serrum which was respectively used to detect the level of CSFV antibody and the contend of immunoglobulin (IgG, IgM, IgA), complement (chso) and cytokines (IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IFN-γ, TNF-α) at 32-day-old,39-day-old,46-day-old,53-day-old.Results:(1) "Taikanglibao" and astragalus polysaccharide can improve the level of swine fever antibody, and "Taikanglibao" can maintain antibody level more durable, to a state "Taikanglibao" 1000 mg/kg amount effect is most obvious.(2) "Taikanglibao" 1000 mg/kg of feed group can obviously improve the piglets serum levels of IgG, IgA and IgM (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01), and with continuous feeding 3 weeks is most obvious. "Taikanglibao" 500 mg/kg of feed group and astragalus polysaccharides can increase the content of serum IgG, but no obvious difference in the two groups; "Taikanglibao" 500 mg/kg of feed group can effectively improve the level of serum IgM; "Taikanglibao" 1000 mg/kg group can improve the content of serum IgA early.(3) "Taikanglibao" and astragalus polysaccharide can significantly increase the content of serum ch50 (P< 0.01), and "Taikanglibao" group is better than that of astragalus polysaccharides, in a "Taikanglibao" 1000 mg/kg amount is most obvious.(4) "Taikanglibao" can improve Th1 IL-2, IFN-γ, TNF-α and Th2 IL-4,IL-6 levels in the serum; "Taikanglibao" 1000 mg/kg group compared with control group can significantly increase serum IL-2, IL-6, IFN-γ and TNF-α (P<0.01), especially serum IL-4 levels (P<0.01) starting from the 39-day-old; Although the content of serum levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IFN-γ and TNF-α can be increased with the application of Astragalus polysaccharide, "Taikanglibao" seems more efficient.Conclusion:Composite antimicrobial peptide "Taikanglibao" can obviously improve the weaned piglets swine fever antibody levels, immunoglobulin, complement ch50, the content of cytokines, so as to improve the immunity of piglets. With 1000 mg/kg dose is added in the diet for feeding more than 3 weeks the best results.
