Red jujube cultivation has a long history in our country, has a very high nutritional value and medicinal value. The army of southern xinjiang red jujube as xinjiang industry, has become the autonomous region and one of the pillar industries of the corps. Drying is the most key link in the manufacturing process of red jujube, in southern xinjiang, xinjiang red chamber drying process automation degree is low, the problem such as uneven distribution of temperature and humidity, this paper adopts the industrial automation technology of PLC and man-machine interface technology, design a set of chamber drying control system, through the man-machine interface to set all parameters of the chamber in combination drying experiment of drying room drying parameters such as temperature, humidity and wind speed in real-time monitoring, achieve the automatic control chamber.(1) according to the existing of the red chamber the drying parameters for reasonable design of the chamber of automation control system, the hardware of the system of air switch, temperature and humidity sensors, solid state relays, the man-machine interface of choose and buy, wires and other components in a reasonable manner to ensure that components parameters can meet the control requirements. Software combined with STEP7- MIcroWin programming software to dryer control system software programming, with software finally comes control panel to control the system parameters of the PID debugging, ultimately determine the optimal parameters of automatic control system.(2) combined with the drying room hardware and software, using LeviStudio software for dimensional control programming, man-machine interface for each lamp, switch button on the interface, digital display and input function keys such as reasonable layout, and for each function key attributes including switch type, monitoring, address and data format of reasonable setting, ensure that the user through the man-machine interface can real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity, wind speed inside the chamber.(3) start the man-machine interface, in different temperature(50, 60 and 70 ℃), the different wind speed(0.5, 1.0and 1.5 m/s) and different humidity(30, 40 and 50%) on the system performance test experiment was carried out, under the origin software analysis results show that, when a certain wind speed, humidity, different temperature(50, 60 and 70℃) of the system performance index conforms to the chamber control requirements; Different in temperature, humidity, wind speed(0.5, 1.0and 1.5m/s) performance index conforms to the chamber under control requirements; In temperature, wind speed, the different humidity(30, 40 and 50%) of the system performance index in addition to the lack of stability, in line with other parameters chamber control system performance requirements.
