At this stage,the potato planting area is increasing,and the demand for potato storage by growers is also increasing.The existing storage methods are backward,and the storage methods such as cold storage have disadvantages such as poor adaptability and low economic benefits.New-type ventilated storage warehouses Relying on manpower and material resources too much,the temperature in the warehouse cannot be maintained and controlled,the humidification method is backward,the potato storage cycle is short,and the storage quality is low.According to the needs of growers and the domestic market,this article aims to solve the problems of the current potato storage process relying on manual management,low intelligence and poor control accuracy,to solve the problem of fuzzy selection and humidification of the existing potato ventilation storage humidification system.The method cannot realize automatic adjustment with the change of environmental parameters in the warehouse.Based on the existing new type of potato ventilated warehouse,the potato warehouse control system is designed.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Design an intelligent control system for potato storage with PLC as the control core.In order to ensure the control accuracy,the main environmental parameters are independently adjusted,and the alarm function is set,which realizes the combination of automatic adjustment and manual adjustment,and enhances the applicability of the control system.The control system selects PLCS7-200 as the main controller,and adopts a variety of sensors to detect environmental parameters in an all-round way of covering 5 measuring points to improve the control accuracy.A thermal circulation fan is added to the top of the library to reduce the condensed water on the potato storage The impact of the system,and the accuracy of the system was tested.Tests have proved that the system can work normally under the cooperation of the corresponding execution components,and can realize the storage temperature and humidity change within the setting range,and the temperature control error does not exceed ±0.3℃,and the relative humidity control error is ±2%.The better control effect is of practical value for improving the quality of potato storage,and the control system is simple and easy to operate,high reliability,and precise and rapid control response,which meets the conditions and control requirements of the growers for potato storage.(2)Designed and developed a set of automatic humidification system for potato storage.The humidification system is based on the existing potato storage warehouse,combined with the physiological characteristics of the potato,selects PLCS7-200 as the main controller for development,and uses the controlled variable method for experimental design;the Origin data analysis software is used to analyze the influence factors and the inlet wind speed.The relationship between the relative humidity was analyzed by a single factor experiment,and the influence of the thickness of the humidifying curtain,the power of the humidifying pump and the wind speed of the fan on the humidifying effect of the storage was obtained.Through experimental research,it is concluded that the best collocation plan for the storage warehouse is that the thickness of the wet curtain is 45 cm,the power of the humidification pump is 70 W,the wind speed of the fan is 16 m/s,and the full penetration effect can be achieved when the wind speed reaches 16 m/s;The application test of the humidification system proves that the system can work normally and can meet the humidification needs of potato storage.It can be adjusted according to the changes of environmental parameters in the warehouse,so that the potato maintains sufficient moisture and low weight loss rate to ensure the storage The environment is suitable for the storage of potatoes.(3)Corresponding storage experiments were carried out for the potato storage,and the color and moisture,weight loss rate and soluble solids of the potatoes before and after storage were measured and analyzed for the three indicators related to the potato storage effect.Tests have proved that the control system can automatically adjust the environmental parameters in the warehouse,keep the temperature and humidity within the target range of1℃~3℃ and 90%~95% respectively,and realize the automatic adjustment of the water level of the humidification system to make humidification.The system has sufficient water supply.At the same time,the storage test shows that the control system has a certain inhibitory effect on the respiration and transpiration of the potato.It reduces the consumption of its own nutrients during the storage process to a certain extent.The improvement of storage quality has a positive effect,which can be further explored in the later control test for other parameters.
