Since mulching cultivation technology introduction to our country, the amount of plastic film is increasing. It in bringing significant economic benefits, scrap film also had a serious negative impact. A large number of plastic film remnants in the field, soil and ditch will not only affect the growth of crops, reducing yields but also impact on farm machinery operations in field each year. From our use of plastic film characteristics and the effect of the current recycling plastic film recycling machinery of view, remaining in the plow layer of plastic film fragments more difficult to recycle, plastic film fragments can not be completely cleared, "white pollution" can not completely control.In this paper, in order to study the recovery of topsoil plastic film, designed wind screen type soil residual film test platform devices, and double crank mechanism to reduce the vibration of the device, used Pro/e software for the parametric design of device and simulation of movement analysis. Soil residual film screening test conducted under no flow conditions, preferably the vibrating screen parameters combination. Airflow field within the screening device were distribution measured, and analyzed the law of flow field within the device. Combined with FLUENT for numerical simulation of flow field, the centrifugal fan installation parameters were optimized. Wind screen test on soil residual film. The results showed that: When centrifugal fan angle 5 °, the air speed 20 m / s, crank speed 180 r / min, the screen surface inclination 6 °, scale sieve opening is 20 °, the higher the recovery of plastic film, that is 93.2%.
