The promotion of plastic mulching has greatly promoted agricultural production.At the same time,residual film has brought tremendous ecological challenges.At present,the use of residual film recycling machinery in the north of China is relatively early to start in the South,and it is used in conjunction with large-scale tractors.The main mechanical type has elasticity.Rod-type,spade-type,chain-type,etc.,its stripping device is also used in conjunction with it.However,the soil conditions in the south differ greatly from those in the north.In the mechanical recovery of plastic film,there is a serious problem of soil and plastic film adhesion,and it is difficult to separate the film and soil,which results in difficult film release.Therefore,the author designed a small micro tillage machine as the driving force.The southern residual film recovery machine has obtained reasonable structural parameters and working parameters through design,analysis and experiment.The research work is as follows:Through the study of the physical characteristics and agronomic characteristics of the residual film,the use of the southern mulch and the coverage of the film and soil were obtained.The southern mulch film thickness was mostly between 0.006 and 0.020 mm.Most of them were colorless and transparent,and a small part was silver.Grey plastic film and black agricultural film;the minimum extension rate of colorless transparent film with thickness of 0.010 mm is not less than 50%;the average breaking force is between 0.23 and 0.40N;the basic specification of laying ridge width of mulching film is: width of ridge bottom 80 ~ 100 cm,ridge height 10 ~ 20 cm,groove width 20 ~ 30 cm,ridge spacing 1.2m;per unit area of soil coverage on the inner membrane to maintain the range of 5.5 ~ 7.5.(2)Combining the agronomic characteristics and physical characteristics of the residual film laying in the south,the structural composition of the residual film recycling machine is: power components,stripping device,frame,transmission device,profiling device,steering device,counterweight device,basic dimensions For L × B × H = 1700 × 1100 × 850 mm,the total mass of about 120 kg.The stripping device mainly includes adjusting parts,bulldozer parts,stripping parts,cutting parts,and tie film parts.By increasing the recovery space of the residual film,the recovery angle of the residual film is increased,and the crushed soil is shed from the residual film surface..(3)Perform finite element analysis on the stress of the key components of the stripping device,perform finite element static analysis of the force of the bulldozer component and the tie film teeth in the residual film recovery machine by ANSYS,and carry out the actual work situation.In contrast,to provide theoretical support;through the analysis of the trajectory analysis of the squeezing of membrane teeth into and out of the soil and the rationality of the chain drive,thus ensuring the recovery of the residual film recovery machine.(4)Prototype test on stripping effect: Through single-factor and multi-factor tests,the film recovery rate and entrained soil quality were taken as evaluation indexes,and the lifting angle of the film components,the residual film elongation rate,and the walking speed were the influencing factors.Tests were conducted to solve the problem of soil entrainment in the mulching film to facilitate the release of the film.The optimal combination of parameters for the experiment was: the lift angle of the tie film part was 35°,the walking speed of the machine was 5 km/h,and the residual film elongation was selected to be 30%.The plastic film recovery rate is higher than 95%,and the entrained soil quality is lower than 0.50 kg/m.While ensuring the recovery effect,the quality of the entrained soil is effectively controlled,and the difficulty of film removal in the process of recovery of southern plastic film is solved.
