This thesis mainly has study on the south Taihang wild taxus chinensis seedling domestication cultivation technology research.Found out the number of south Taihang wild taxus chinensis about survey of the south Taihang wild taxus chinensis growth environment.Including of natural environment, growing environment and soil conditions. Through on south Taihang wild taxus chinensis growth index(high branches, plant height, ground diameter, number of new leaves) investigation, which suited the south Taihang wild taxus chinensis substrate and fertilizer proportion of growth. Also made light of south Taihang taxus chinensis impact indicators of growth experiment. Tested under different lighting conditions.Reviewing the changes of physiological indexes.Including the relative water content, chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and b.This study aimed at south Taihang wild taxus chinensis seedling breeding research gap on the basis of its seedlings bearing rules.Using good facility cultivation conditions and biological technology.Carry out artificial domestication, aims to fill the blank in the research of wild taxus chinensis resource recovery in our province.(1) To south Taihang wild taxus chinensis seedlings of three years as test materials. Studied the different ratio of substrate on the growth of the southern Taihang wild taxus chinensis, growth index determination. The results show that the loess, lime and other single substrate can limit the growth of taxus chinensis root system. It can take advantage of its characteristics.(4) Under the illumination intensity of 5000 Lx- 30000 Lx relative water content of leaves grow very large with an average of 0.034.But light intensity is 100000 Lx- 140000 Lx under 2 years of leaf and leaf relative water content Of the largest, its average respectively of 0.201 and 0.243. Light intensity is 1000 Lx- 5000 Lx under new leaves, leaf 2 years and Relative chlorophyll content is higer 3 years.It were 29.36, 52.49 and 55.95. The leaves grow on the light intensity under the 5000 Lx- 30000 Lx chlorophylla、b the most.
