content,content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b.And this paper has measured the medicinal ingredients such as flavonoids and polysaccharide content in Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedling branches and leaves in different periods.So as to seek fertilizer ratio and light conditions which are more conducive to rapid growth of the Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedling and seek fertilizer ratio and light conditions which are more conducive to improving medicinal ingredients such as flavones,polysaccharide in the Taihang Taxus Chinensis branches and leaves.In order to provide the basis for rapid propagation of the endangered Taihang Taxus Chinensis resource and the development of medicinal components such as flavonoids and polysaccharides(1)This thesis has studied the influence of proportion of different basic fertilizer on Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedling growth including plant height,basal stem diameter,new head height.The results showed that the growth of Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedling including plant height,basal stem diameter,new head height was reduced after increase first in the fermented chicken manure : garden soil : rice husk =1:2:2 to chicken manure fermentation : the garden soil : rice husk = 1:5:5 between.When the fermented chicken manure: garden soil: rice husk = 1:4:4,three growth peak,this proportion is most suited to the Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedlings of rapid growth.(2)This thesis has studied the influence of proportion of different basic fertilizer on Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedling chlorophyll content including chlorophyll relative content,content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b.The results show that with the decrease of the fertilizer ratio,chlorophyll relative content and the content of chlorophyll a and b are gradually decreasing.Raising the proportion of chicken manure fermentation in matrix is advantageous to increase relative content and the content of chlorophyll a and b in the Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedling.(3)This paper has studied the influence of different proportion of basic fertilizer on medicinal ingredients such as flavonoids and polysaccharide content in Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedling leaves.The results showed that different proportion of basic fertilizer had no significant effect on flavonoids andpolysaccharide content in Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedling branches and leaves,But the content of flavonoids and polysaccharide in Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedling branches and leaves has a small increase as the basal fertilizer increases.So we can properly increase the basal fertilizer to raise the content of flavonoids and polysaccharides in Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedling branches and leaves through proper proportion to.(4)This paper has studied the effects of different light intensity(Hard Light 50000 ~ 120000lx;Moderate Light 8000 ~ 30000 lx.Weak Light 1000 ~ 3000 lx)on Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedling growth including plant height,basal stem diameter,new head height.The results showed that the Hard Light(50000 ~ 120000 lx)had an adverse effect upon the growth including plant height and new head height of Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedlings,even lead to seedling damage and affect the subsequent growth,but the Hard Light is advantageous to the base diameter growth of Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedlings;Shade was appropriate for seedling growth,however.Moderate Light(8000 ~ 30000Lx)has a significant difference with other processing,and plant height and new head height of Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedlings reached maximum.(5)This paper has studied the influence of different light intensity on Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedling chlorophyll content including chlorophyll relative content,content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b.The results showed that Weak Light treatment have a beneficial effect to improve the chlorophyll relative content,content of chlorophyll a and b in the summer;Moderate Light have a beneficial effect to improve the chlorophyll relative content,content of chlorophyll a and b in the summer.(6)This paper has studied the influence of different light intensity on medicinal ingredients such as flavonoids and polysaccharide content in Taihang Taxus Chinensis seedling leaves.The results showed that the content of flavonoids and polysaccharides was highest in Hard Light condition in September,and the minimum under the condition of Weak Light;The content of flavonoids and polysaccharides was the highest in Hard Light condition in April,the content of flavonoids was the lowest under the condition of Weak
