In recent year, basin part of open channel irrigation area in our country introduced from abroad a series of agricultural irrigation water transfer equipment. But expensive, installation condition is harsh, and from the parts of operation condition, there are a lot of problems. Due to the lack of soil temperature and humidity, rainfall, air humidity, seasonal moisture real-time monitoring and feedback, such as climate change is causing serious imbalances in the irrigation water demand and supply, making irrigation crops irrigation efficiency is generally low. Parts of the irrigation area of the irrigation water diversion system basically rely on manual operation in water distribution, general, low efficiency and management level has a big gap with the informatization construction of automation requirements. This article is written for the current developing requirements of automation construction of water conservancy projects, research and development to meet the most intelligent monitoring soil moisture and irrigation water diversion irrigation district use control system, provide strong support for the water conservancy project construction in China.Intelligent monitoring soil moisture and irrigation water control system is real-time monitoring information collection and irrigation farmland soil moisture by soil moisture monitoring technology of large area coverage. And then sends data to the remote control of the irrigation area information management center of upper scheduling management software for computing, according to the actual need to install in the terminal area in various channels of irrigation channel dynamic water diversion water from water diversion instruction, irrigation water transfer terminals based on PC issue instructions to efficient irrigation of crops, the formation of crop irrigation irrigation area of closed loop control, to ensure that all farmland water supply stability, improve the agricultural water utilization.In the intelligent monitoring soil moisture and irrigation water diversion control hardware system:designed the acquisition terminal of soil moisture, soil moisture information real-time acquisition, and cooperate with the use of radio frequency and ethernet communication module sends the data to the information management center; designed water conciliation and water control terminal, installed on the main canal irrigation farmland, mainly used for water storage irrigation, to ensure agricultural water; designed the dynamic water diversion open channel area control terminal, installed in each lateral canal irrigation farmland, used to receive irrigation district management center sent after calculation process of farmland irrigation water transfer instructions, water diversion irrigation for irrigation area; designed the complementary power supply switch control terminal, using field work mechanical and electrical system power supply technology, make full use of solar energy, reduce the pressure of the utility grid.In the software system, designed the multi-functional upper management software of the sensor data processing and information fusion method, wireless communication and so on. This management software real-time monitoring irrigation farmland soil moisture information, and according to actual needs to control terminal for water diversion irrigation, realize the automation, information science and management in the irrigation area.Finally, the performance of the Intelligent monitoring soil moisture and irrigation water diversion control system for experimental verification, and popularization and application in the irrigation area. From the field usage, irrigation water diversion system every single point terminal coordination stable operation, accurate measurement, communication is smooth, rapid response, reduce water diversion staff strength, meet the informatization, the construction of unmanned management, plays an important role in the current water conservancy project construction in China.
