Heilongjiang province is a major agricultural province, which has become the province’s second major food crops, in 2013 the national rice planting area has reached 6K million mu, the development of rice plays an important role in cold. Development of rice in Heilongjiang Province are also subject to some limitations: the occurrence of chilling injury, rice seedling blight, soil salinization, drought. Rice seedling, a large numb er of applications of chemical seedling agent is by the mineral elements, industrial sulfuric acid and chemical pesticide compound and into, industrial sulfuric acid and chemical pesticides have both seedling production agent during the process of risk, but also in the application process caused serious pollution to soil and water resources. The method of field test and cut into several function microbial and mineral nutrition of mixed compound microbial fertilizer and for rice seedlings in the Northeast Agricultural University and Suihua two test, changes of compound microbial fertilizer on rice seedling leaves anti stress enzymes(superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, phenylalanine solution ammonia lyase activity and proline and malondialdehyde(MDA) content), seedbed soil enzymes(cellulase, urease, phosphatase activity, seedbed soil physicochemical properties, seedling quality and Yield Traits in rice. Specific results are as follows:(1) Compound microbial fertilizer can significantly resist the resistance enzyme activities of rice seedlingsCompound microbial fertilizer can enhance rice seedling SOD, pod, PAL activity and pro content, and were higher than or similar to seedling chemical agent, was significantly higher than that of only applying chemical fertilizers and organic matter, and inhibit MDA formation and the effect is similar to the seedling chemical agent, thus compound microbial fertilizer can through the induction of defense enzyme to improve the resistance of rice seedlings.(2) Compound microbial fertilizer can improve soil fertility and environmentCompound microbial fertilizer can induced cellulase, urease, phosphatase activity and improve upland rice breeding seedling bed soil available K, alkali solution N, available P and organic matter content had different degrees of increase, so as to ensure the process of rice growth and development in good nutrient demand, and the seedbed soil p H is always maintained at between 4.5 ~ 5.5, and rice seedlings growth provide appropriate growth of the acidi c environment, to cultivate strong seedlings plays an important role in the, the effect is better than that of chemical seedling strengthening agent.(3) Composite microbial fertilizer can improve the quality of seedlingsCompound microbial fertilizer can make rice seedlings in the stem base width, ground fresh weight, root fresh weight, dry weight, root dry weight, chlorophyll content was significantly higher, compared with chemical seedling strengthen agent can better improve the quality of rice seedling.(4) Composite microbial fertilizer can prevent the occurrence of blightThe two-year experiment in the compound microbial fertilizer on seedling medicine is superior to chemical control effect of rice seedling blight agent.(5) Compound microbial fertilizer can promote tiller and increase yieldCultivating the compound microbial fertilizer of rice seedlings after transplanting at early growth stage of rice tillering happen sooner and faster, rice in per panicle average grain number, per plant and mean spike number, 1000 grain weight and seed setting rate and the yield was significantly higher than the application of chemical fertilizer alone and yield traits were better than or and seedling chemical agent.
