It is very important to study taking seedling mechanism because picking seeding mechanism is the core part of fully automatic vegetable transplanter which is directly related to the quality of transplanting and efficiency. At present there are some problems in the vegetable plug seedling pick-up mechanism of planetary gear train with ellipse gears and incomplete non-circular gear in the early stage of the study in our group. For example, related problems such as after clamping soil bowl the plate of picking seeding can occur interference with another arm of picking seeding in the process of the work, lacking of the displacement of picking seeding leading to reducing the success rate of picking seeding.Therefore, on the basis of research achievements this paper redesigns picking-up mechanism and carries out elastic dynamic analysis on the buffer device, finally picking-up mechanism has been experimented,which lays the foundation for the further study.This main content of this paper is as follows:1) Through human-computer interaction method, the research of motion characteristics about the trajectory, attitude, speed and acceleration of plate of picking seeding is deepened and a set of system parameters meeting the requirements of transplanting is got. Based on this set of parameters, structural design、three dimensional model and the virtual prototype of the picking seeding mechanism are carried out. And kinematics and elastic dynamics analysis have been done.2) The design of the picking seedling mechanism is divided into two parts: planetary gear train and picking seedling arm, mainly containing the design of picking seeding pole, the CAM contour and eliminate backlash device.3) Based on the structural design of the picking seedling mechanism, three dimensional modeling software Solidworks and kinematics simulation software ADAMS are used to establish three dimensional model and the virtual prototype of the picking seeding mechanism. Then kinematics simulation analysis is got on,which verifies the correctness of the design agency.4) Do elastic dynamics analysis about the buffer device of the picking seeding mechanism. Through ADAMS to do kinematic simulation and analyze the force of the contrast. Stress-strain analysis have been done for cushioning device structure through ANSYS. The results prove that add-in boards on instantaneous center line can meet the performance.5)Machining and assembling physical prototype of the picking seeding mechanism and conducting test analysis. By means of high-speed imaging test, the trajectory of the cusp of clip blade plate can be obtained. the track is consistent with the simulation analysis, which proves the correctness of the design. Picking seeding test on different institutions about clip blade plate, operating speeds and depths are executed, to mastered the operating performance of the mechanism.6) In two environments of the matrix and dry farmland, the transplanting machine transplanting experiment is carried out by the transplanter, the results show that the transplanter has good working performance.
