Vegetable cultivation and transplanting has many advantages over traditional planting methods,such as reducing the cost of inputs,eliminating the effects of crop pests at the time of germination,shortening the crop yield,reducing the labor intensity,While ensuring the quality of operations,improve labor productivity.The automatic vegetable transplanting machine consists of two core working parts: a seedling mechanism and a seedling mechanism.Compared with the seedling mechanism,the working performance of the nursery mechanism has a greater impact on the performance of the whole vegetable transplanter,and the design requirement is higher.The study of seedling institutions can not only promote the rapid development of China's vegetable industry,but also the inevitable requirement of realizing the modernization of agriculture in our country.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the research on the automatic transplanting mechanism of vegetables.The following is the specific content and results of this study:(1)Based on the improved design of rotary vegetable seedling seedling mechanism designed by the current research group,an incomplete non-circular gear based on two-stage non-circular gear-incomplete non-circular gear pair and instead of rack Partially Unequal Planetary Gear Mechanism with Alternating Intermeshing of Noncircular Gear.On the basis of the application of this mechanism,a new type of rotary vegetable seedling seedling mechanism was designed and its kinematic model was established.(2)Using MATLAB to develop the parameter optimization software of the seedling mechanism,the influence of the change of each parameter variable on the trajectory is analyzed,and finally a set of parameters can be optimized to meet the requirement of vegetable transplanting.(3)Analyze the gear transmission relationship in the seedling raising mechanism based on the combined quadratic planetary gear mechanism,and elaborate the calculation method of the incomplete non-circular gear tooth profile,and write the tooth profile calculation programindependently based on the MATLAB platform.(4)To the gear tooth profile outside the structure optimization,the drive part of the structural design.The analysis of the design points and design steps of the push cams is carried out to realize the design of the local structure and the overall design of the mechanism.Finally,the overall structure of the nursery institutions.(5)In the UG in the three-dimensional modeling of the parts,virtual assembly,and into the ADAMS for virtual simulation,analysis of its simulation trajectory.Analysis of seedling trajectory and velocity curve,verify the reliability of seedling institutions,and transmission stability.Analysis of the seedling mechanism of the sun wheel force,to prove the superiority of seedling institutions.(6)To carry out the rotation of the rotary vegetable seedlings seedling machine prototype of the physical processing,assembly.Kinematic test and seedling test of seedling prototype.Analyze the test results of the seedling mechanism,verify the reliability of the seedling mechanism,and the smoothness of the transmission.
