Unconditional And Conditional Mapping QTL Underlying Protein And Oil Content Via A Four-way Recombinant Inbred Lines Population In Soybean(Glycine Max L.Merri.)

Protein content(PC) and oil content(OC) are main goals of soybean improvement, so mapping quantitative trait locus(QTL) and exploring elite allele underlying PC and OC is importance for molecular design breeding in soybean. In this research a four-way recombinant inbred lines population which is derived from double cross(Kenfeng14×Kenfeng15) ×(Heiong48×Kenfeng19) with 160 lines were used as genetic materials, and interval map method was applied to analyze unconditional and conditional the data of PC and OC from the field experiments in eight environments across Harbin and Keshan in 2013, 2014 and 2015 based on a linkage map consist of 275 SSR markers. The result showed that there are 39 QTL underlying PC and 53 QTL underlying OC were mapped in 17 and 18 linkage groups, respectively, and the phenotypic variation explanation ratio are 7.118%28.722% and 7.315%38.258%, respectively. The main research results are as follows:(1) In this study we found among 39 QTL underlying PC,seventeen PC QTLs were detected repeatly in multiple environments,included qPC-A1-1(Satt200- Satt717),qPC-C2-1(Satt307-Satt357),qPC-C2-2(Satt291-Satt281),qPC-D1b(Satt290-Satt546),qPC-D2-3(Sat220-Sat277),q P C-D2-4(Sat222-Satt582),qPC-E(Satt204-Satt263),qPC-O-2(Sat291-Satt345,qPC-J(Sat228-Satt431),qPC-L-2(Sat245-Satt076),qPC-M-2(Satt336-Satt346),qPC-N-1(Satt159-Sct195),qPC-N-2(Satt022-Satt257),qPC-N-4(Satt125-Satt624),qPC-N-6(Sat186-Satt641),qPC-N-7(Sct195-Satt631),qPC-I(Satt354- Satt239);and eight PC QTLs had been reported in previous research,included qPC-B2,qPC-E,qPC-H-2,q P-C-I,qPC-M-1,qPC-M-2,qPC-B1,qPC-C2-2.The QTLs stability control Protein content.(2) In this study we found among 53 QTL underlying OC,twenty-six OC QTLs were detected repeatly in multiple environments,included qOC-A1-1(BARCSOYSSR050513-Satt572),qOCA1-4(Satt200-Satt717),qOC-A2-2(Satt409-Satt378),qOC-B1-1(BARCSOYSSR110442-Satt197),qOC-B1-2(Sat123-Satt359),qOC-C1-2(Satt338-Satt164),qOC-D1b-1(Sat289-Satt271),qOC-D1b-2(Satt558-BARCSOYSSR020607),qOC-D2-3(Satt413-Sat326),qOC-D2-3(Sct192-Sat333),qOC-F-1(Satt595-AW756935),qOC-G-1(Satt038-BARCSOYSSR180105),qOC-G-2(Satt688-Sa tt610),qOC-I-1(Sat268-Satt270),qOC-I-2(Satt562-Sat420),qOC-J-1(BARCSOYSSR160566-Sct065),qOC-O(Satt478-Satt188),qOC-J-3(Satt183- Sat093),qOC-K-1(BARCSOYSSR090183-Satt242),qOC-K-2(Satt588-Satt196),qOC-M-1(Satt245-Satt677),qOC-N-2(Satt237-Sat295),qOCJ-2(Sat228- Satt431);and eleven OC QTLs had been reported in previous research,included qOC-B1-1,qOC-B1-3,qOC-I-1,qOC-K-2,qOC-L,qOC-B2-3,qOC-D1b-1,qOC-I-2,qOC-D1b-3,qOC-F-2,qOC-A1-4. The QTLs stability control oil content.(3) In this study, we found 10 QTL with pleiotropy, included qPC-A1-2/qOC-A1-2(Sat369-Satt042),qPC-A2/qOC-A2-1(AW132402-Satt589),qPC-B1/qOC-B1-3(Satt197-Sat247),qPC-B2/qOC-B2-3(Satt063-Satt070),qPC-F-5/qOC-F-1(Satt595-AW756935),qPC-H-2/qOC-H(Satt253-Satt469),qPC-J/qOC-J-2(Sat228-Satt431),qPC-N-1/qOC-N-4(Satt159-Sct195),qPC-N-3/qOC-N-2(S att237-Sat295),qPC-N-5/ qOC-N-3(Satt675-Satt125).
