Analysis On Factors Affecting Agricultural Production Environment In Northeast Cold Region

Since the reform and opening up, China focused on the central task of economic construction,and vigorously develop the productive forces, so as to be on the road to the revival of the great powers step by step. In the context of the integration of urban and rural development, the modernization process in rural areas has been acceleratin g, and the rural economy has also been developing rapidly, and the living standards of farmers have also changed dramatically. However, with the rapid development of the rural economy, it is the fact that China’s rural agricultural production environment has been seriously damaged. For a long time, China has always insisted social and economic development, and has made remarkable achievements in economic construction, but seriously neglected the rural environmental protection, especially the problem of environmental pollution in agricultural production is becoming inc reasingly prominent and severe, brought the contradiction of grain, slow development of regional economy, agricultural industrialization development stagnation and a series of problems gradually. The development of agriculture is related to the sustainable development of China’s economy, which plays an important role in the national economic system. Nowadays, although people began to pay attention to the problem of environmental pollution, and take measures to protect the environment, but the focus is concentrated in the city, the protection of the rural environment, especially the protection of agricultural production environment, still not enough attention. If we allow this situation to develop, agricultural production environment will become a key factor in the development of social economy in China. Currently abroad has related research on agricultural production environment problem, and achieved certain results, but domestic related research ability is weak, is still in the primary exploring stage.In this paper, taking rural agricultural production and environmental conditions in the severe cold climate areas of northeast of China(including Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Inner Mongolia ASEAN)as the research object, based on the data of 1545 effective questionnaires issued from September,2013 to March,2015 in the severe cold climate areas of northeast of China, using multinomial logistic regression model with SPSS software analysis platfo rm to delete 11 indicators that was not significant from 27 indicators that affect agricultural production environment satisfaction, and then using the gray correlation method to rank the importance of the other 16 factors, in order to provide decision-making basis for the study of agricultural production environment management.Results the importance of environmental satisfaction index of agricultural production was:air pollutant deposition condition > quality of irrigation water > the effect of waste on the quality of irrigation water > green matching > the effect of sewage irrigation on the water quality > government investment on agricultural production and environmental protection > agricultural production and environmental protection propaganda > unders tanding of agricultural production and environmental protection standards > whether government personnel responsible for processing of agricultural production and environment management and supervision > the effect of polluting enterprises of agricultural production environment > treatment of wastewater irrigation > pesticide use way > the effect of waste on soil environmental quality > fertilizer use > whether remediation of sewage or irrigation channels > basal fertilizer use. Therefore, in order to strengthen the control of agricultural production and environmental pollution in the severe cold climate areas of northeast of China, first of all, we should carry out comprehensive improvement of agricultural resources in various aspects, and strengthen environmental protection publicity and education and environmental protection policy implementation to enhance the overall environmental quality.
