Analysis Of Tractor Novice Driver’s Tension Degree

Tractor is one of the most important sources of power in agricultural machinery. It is the main means to promote the development of agricultural modernization, to speed up agricultural production, and to increase farmers’ income. Tractor driver’s tension affects the driver’s mental state and physical fatigue, and it has a great impact on the safety and rapid agricultural production.It is very important to reduce and avoid tractor accidents, so it is necessary to study the degree of tension of tractor drivers. In order to study the tractor driver’s tension and its influencing factors,test the heart rate changes in the field driving skills training and road skills driving training. In this paper, we use the increase of heart rate and the rate of increase rate of heart rate to evaluate the tension of beginners, using the analysis of variance to test the reliability of the evaluation results.By study of driving training in field in tractor novice beginner’s tension of different models,different gender and different training contents and whether there is motor vehicle driver’s license on the tractor driver’s heart rate effect analysis, the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The model has significant influence on the tractor novice driver’s tension. When the size of the tractor is large, relatively fast speed, driving more difficult, novice’s tension is higher and the greater the gap between the models, the more obvious the tension difference for novices.(2)If there is a car driver’s license for have a significant effect on tractor novice driver’s tension. Beginners who have a car driver’s license, the level of tension is low. Therefore, we have to strengthen the training of beginners without a car driver’s license.(3)Sex has a significant impact on tractor beginner’s tension, regardless of whether there is a car driver’s license, no matter what type of tractor, the tension of male beginners should be significantly higher than the female.(4)Different training content for beginners heart rate increase is not significantly affected,the tension is not obvious change for beginners.By studying the tractor driver’s tension in the road skill training, the following conclusions are obtained:When the speed is low, the road has less affected to the tractor driver’s tension. When the speed is higher, the tension of the tractor driver on the road surface is higher than on the road pavement. When driving on the same road, the higher the speed of the tractor, the more nervous the driver. At different sections of the same road, the tractor driver’s tension is slow when driving on the straight way, the tractor driver feel nervous when uphill and downhill and have the highest degree of a u-turn.By researching the tractor novice driver’s tension to find out the cause for tractor driver tension caused by the weak link in the cause of the accident and the tractor driver training help, fortractor driving training and reasonable arrangement and tractor safety driving to provide reference,provide a reference for the reasonable arrangement of the tractor driving training and the safety driving of the tractor.
