The Semiaphis heraclei were fed under the condition of indoor temperature(daily mean temperature 25.78 a℃ nd humidity 48.82%), different constant temperatures(19, 22, 25, 28 and 31 ℃), humidities(50, 60, 70, 80 and 90%), combinations temperatures and humidities(22℃60%, 25℃70% and 28℃80%), photoperiods(8:16, 10:14, 12:12, 14:10 and 16:8h) and umbelliferous vegetables(Coriandrum sativum, Daucus carota, Apium graveolens, Jinnan Shiqin, Bo Licui,Xiqin,Xiao Xiangqin). Through the influence of environmental factors and host plants on S.Heraclei developmental, survival and fecundity, and constructed the experimental population life table of different temperatures. The main results are as follows:1. The average daily temperature and relative humidity are 25.78 and 48.82%℃ in the room. The S.heraclei complete a generation about 9.53 days, the total generation survival rate is 45.00%. The mean longevity of S.heraclei is 19.70 days, the total oviposition amount per female is 38.90 heads. we construct the life table of experimental population in the indoor temperature, and obtain life table parameters: the number of experimental population of the S.heraclei is increased 31.33 times as much as that of the original after 18.27 days. The S.heraclei is increased 0.21 times per female per day. The number of experimental population of the S.heraclei is increased 1 times per 3.68 days. The number of experimental population in the next generation are growing at 12.06 times.2. In different temperatures, the developmental duration, longevity and the per female total oviposition amount of 1st to 4th instar nymphs and the total generation of S.heraclei is very significant(P?0.01). The developmental duration and longevity of S.heraclei is shortened with rising temperatures. The developmental threshold temperature of the 1st to 4th instar and total generation are calculated, they are 14.15, 13.87, 13.64, 15.06 and 12.92℃; and the effective accumulated temperature are 29.98, 29.30, 28.54, 24.00 and 144.21 degree days, respectively. The development duration predictions for 1st to 4th instar and total generation of S.heraclei are given. At 25℃, the survival rate is relatively higher; the per female total oviposition amount is the largest. We construct the life table of the specific age and life table of the reproductive characteristic of the S.heraclei in experimental population in different temperatures. The parameters of the life table of the reproductive characteristic in different temperatures are obtained: At 25℃,the number of experimental population of the S.heraclei is increased 34.40 times as much as that of the original after 15.75 days. The mean generation time and doubling time is shortened with the increase of temperature. The intrinsic rate of increase and the finite rate of increase as the temperature increased.The population trend index at 25℃ is the largest, and the next generation of the experimental population is growing at 13.76 times.In different humidities, the developmental duration, longevity and the per female total oviposition amount of 1st to 4th instar nymphs and the total generation of S.heraclei is very significant(P?0.01). when the humidity is 50%?70%, the survival rate of total generation is higher, the longevity of total generation is longer. When the humidity is 60%,80% and90%, the per female total oviposition amount is the larger. In different temperatures and humidities, the developmental duration and longevity of 1st to 4th instar nymphs and the total generation of S.heraclei is very significant(P?0.01), and the total oviposition amount per female is not very significant(P?0.05). when the temperature and humidity are 25℃and 70%, the survival rate of total generation is higher, the mean longevity is longer, the per female total oviposition amount is the largest. In different photoperiods, the developmental duration, longevity and the per female total oviposition amount of 1st to 4th instar nymphs and the total generation of S.heraclei is very significant(P?0.01).When the photoperiods are 8:16, the survival rate of total generation is higher, the longevity of total generation is longest, the per female total oviposition is the largest. To sum up, when the temperature of 25℃, humidity of 70%, photoperiods of 8:16 is more suitable for the growth and development, survival and reproduction of S.heraclei.7. In different vegetables, the developmental duration, longevity and the per female total oviposition amount of 1st to 4th instar nymphs and the total generation of S.heraclei is very significant(P?0.01). When feeding the S.heraclei with the Apium graveolens, the development duration of the S.heraclei is the shortest, and the development rate is the fastest, the longevity of total generation is longest, the per female total oviposition amount is the largest. In different celery varieties, the developmental duration, longevity and the per female total oviposition amount of 1st to 4th instar nymphs and the total generation of S.heraclei is very significant(P?0.01). When feeding the S.heraclei with the celery of Xiao Xiangqin, the survival rate of total generation is highest, the longevity of total generation is longest, the per female total oviposition amount is the largest. The Xiao Xiangqin is more suitable for the survival and reproduction of the S.heraclei.9. We preliminarily identify the population dynamics of the S.heraclei in the greenhouse.
