| Excess fertilizer is not only a waste of resources, pollute the environment, but also will reduce crop quality. The excessive application of fertilizers phenomenon in production of vegetables is very prominent. Research on vegetables reducing fertilizer research for transformation of agricultural development, strengthen of agricultural non-point source pollution, improvmnet the quality of vegetables is important to ensure food security and increase farmers’ income. In this paper, Chinese cabbage (Brassica peckinensis L.) was test materials to study the impact of decreasing nitrogen with manure on yield and quality of Chinese cabbage through plot trial and laboratory analysis. Four treatments were set up, no fertilizer as control (CK), conventional fertilizer (N1PK), organic fertilizer (O1+N1PK) on the basis of conventional fertilizer, applied to 30% reduction of nitrogen with manure (O2+N2PK). The effects of different fertilization methods on cabbage yield, nutritional quality,16 amino acids,21 kinds of elements, and the ultrastructure of the blade was compared, in order to provide reference for cabbage production reduction of nitrogen fertilization. The main conclusions are as follows:1.30% chemical fertilizers replaced by organic fertilizers improve productivity and quality of Chinese cabbage. Compared with the N1PK, yield increased by 3.4%, soluble protein increased by 29.4%, soluble sugar increased 3.9%, nitrate decreased by 44.0%in O2+N2PK.2. The effects of different fertilization methods on different amino acids were differnt. Compared with N1PK, the content of all 16 amino acids increased in O2+N2PK by 10.9%~ 53.1% with dry weight and by 66.2%~130.0% with fresh weight.3. The effects of different fertilization methods on different amino acids were different is not uniform. Compared with N1PK, the congtent of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, nickel, cobalt increased by 0.6%~63.1%, the magnesium content maintained, the congtent of copper, molybdenum, sodium, strontium, vanadium decreased by 1.1%~35.3% with dry weight; 15 element content increased by 16.7%~144.8% with the exception of strontium decreased by 3.2% with fresh weight.4. The effects of different fertilization methods on content of harmful elements vary. Compared with N1PK, the content of cadmium, chromium, arsenic, lead, aluminum in O2+N2PK reduced by 10.7%-64.0% on dry weight and by 10.9%-50.0% on fresh weight.5. The effects of different fertilization methods on leaf ultrastructure vary. The number of vesicles in cell in N1PK were bigeer than CK, but less than O2+N2PK and O1+N1PK.At the same time, compared with the N1PK, chloroplast inner sheet and the number of mitochondria were improved in O1+N1PK and O2+N2PK,which means increasing the efficiency of photosynthesis and cellular energy supply. In summary, the reduction of inorganic fertilizer and combined with organic fertilizer does not result in lower yields of cabbage, simultaneously improve the quality of Chinese cabbage. Thus, the reduction of inorganic fertilizer and combined with organic fertilizer is a viable way in planting cabbage. |
