Truffle flavor and flavor enhancer are two kinds of safe feed additives. Sows natural love fragrance of truffle, based on the characteristics of sows newly developed a new type of feed additives TF, FE can make feed has lasting freshness to increase feed intake,but it is not widely used in pig feed. The application effects of TF and FE in the single and common addition of lactating sows need to be proved. Therefore, this experiment was to study the application effects of TF and FE single or common added to the sows’feed, for both provide a scientific basis for application in sows.Test one aimed at effects of TF ang FE on production and blood physiological biochemical parameters and intestinal micropopulations of lactating sows. A total of 80 pregnancy Yarkshires (which had good condition,similar P2 backfat (24.39±4.06) mm,birth day age, parity) were randomly arranged into 4 groups with 20 replicates per group and 1 lactating sow per replicate.Control group was fed a basal diet. Experimental groups I was fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.5 g/kg TF. Experimental groups II was fed the basal diets supplemented with 1g/kg FE. Experimental groupsⅢ was fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.5 g/kg TF+lg/kg FE. Experimental period was 21 day. The results showed as follows: (1) the addition of TF can significantly reduce backfat loss and increase milk yield(P<0.05), the addition of FE the backfat loss had no significant(P>0.05), the addition of TF or FE can significant increase average daily feed(P<0.05), the both of them can very significant reduce backfat loss and increase average daily feed(P<0.01). Daily gain, diarrhea rate and mortality of weanling pigs and F/Lhad had no significant difference between the groups (P>0.05). The interaction is significant reduce mortality of weanling pigs(P<0.05). (2) The addition of TF GLU, GLO, IGF-I and Ghrelin had significant difference(P<0.05), and milk Ghrelin(P<0.05).TP and CCK had very significant difference(P<0.01). The addition of FE TG,GLO, IGF-I and CCK had significant difference(P<0.05), TG, ALB, GLO, IGF-I, GH, CCK of the addition of TF and FE had significant difference(P<0.05). The TP interaction had significant difference(P<0.05). (3) The addition of TF can significant increase lactoprotein(P<0.05). Butterfat, lactose and lactoprotein had no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05). (4) DM, EE, P, CP, Ca apparent digestibility had no significant difference between the groups, there is no interaction(P>0.05). (5)The addition of TF can decrease intestinal colibacillus(P<0.05), intestinal colibacillus,bifidobacterium and lactobacillus had no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05), there is no interaction(P>0.05). The conclusion was as follow:the addition of TF and FE can increase average daily feed and milk yield,decrese backfat loss and mortality of weanling pigs.Regulator of metabolites indices,immune indices, hormones indices and gut peptidel indices associated with feed intake,and improve milk composition,intestinal microorganism flora. We can come to the conclusion that TF and FE should be added together.Test two aimed at evaluate truffle flavor and flavor enhancer monophagia. A total of 12 replacement gilt (which had good condition, similar weight) were randomly arranged into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 1 sow per replicate.At the beginning of the experiment,the basal diet and experimental diet(basal diets supplemented with 0.5 g/kg TF, basal diets supplemented with lg/kg FE and basal diets supplemented with 0.5 g/kg TF+lg/kg FE) are put equal quantity feed into trough respectively. The sows free feeding (guaranteed the trough not to be empty) and drinking during the 5 days experimental period. The results showed as follows:(1) the addition of TF and FE and both of them monophagia of replacement gilt medium-high preference, monophagia had no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05). (2)The addition of TF and both of TF and FE partial eclipse index of replacement gilt superior FE, but there no significant difference (P>0.05). The conclusion was as replacement gilt prefers feed addition of TF and FE.Above all, recommend TF and FE add together.
