In order to study the effect of the ring die compression alignment on the rabbit pellets quality, rabbit production performance, immune function, nutrient apparent digestibility, and associated physical and chemical indexes, according to the need for nutrition of 35 days postnatal IRA rabbit to formulate feed formulation, according to the formula, feeding ingredients to pieces, fully mixed, with the granulator by compression ratio:6:1,8:1,10:1, 12:1,14:1 to make of 5 groups of pellet feed, after cooling, determine the hardness of each pellet feed, starch content, powder rate and starch gelatinization degree index of machining. A single factor completely randomized trial design was used,100 Aberdeen IRA rabbits of 35 days were divided randomly into five experimental groups, each group of five repeated, each repeat four only. The 5 groups were fed pellet feed by compression ratio of 6:1,8:1, die 10:1, 12:1,14:1. Pre feeding period of 7 days, the test period of 45 days, each week on to test the rabbits fasting weighing, record the total feed intake of rabbits in each group, the number of diarrhea rabbits and days, the number of dead rabbits. After the end of the feeding trial, test of the repeating group 1 IRA rabbit, blooding, slaughter to determine the related indicators, studying the effect of of 5 kinds of different ring mode compression alignment on the quality of rabbit pellets and rabbit growth and immune related indicators. The results are as follows:1, Feed processing quality:the influence of the die ring compression level on rabbit pellets hardness, ratio of powder and powder rate are significantly different (P<0.01) and the influence on starch gelatinization degree was not significant (P>0.05).2, Production performance and health status:the effect of die ring compression on each experimental group of IRA rabbit average daily mining intake of the difference was not significant (P>0.05),to the end of the IRA rabbit weight, average daily gain, feed gain ratio had significant effect (P<0.05). Ring die compression ratio is 12:1 test group of IRA rabbit health risk index minimum, diarrhea rate and diarrhoea mortality was significantly lower than that of the other treatment groups. The average diarrhea time of diarrhea rabbits was the lowest in the experimental group of 12:1 with the increase of the cyclic compression ratio, and a significant downward trend (p<0.05). The 14:1 test group showed a rising trend.3, Nutrients digestibility values:the effect of die ring compression on the level of each experimental group of IRA rabbit CF table view digestibility is significant different(P<0.01), NDF, CP apparent digestibility differences affect significantly (P<0.05), DM, ash, ADF, CA, P in the table view of the digestibility of the difference was not significant (P>0.05).4, Slaughter performance and digestive physiology:in a certain range, improving die ring compression ratio can improve the standard of the slaughter performance of IRA rabbit, but of the slaughter rate and total net hall slaughter rate difference was not significant (P>0.05), influenced the half carcass rate significantly (P<0.05). Compress is more remarkable than the level of the test group of IRA rabbit gastric pH difference (P<0.05), the duodenum, caecum pH was not significantly affected (P>0.05). Compressing ratio of the die level of each experimental group of IRA rabbit gastric and small intestine weight, index of small intestine and cecum weight difference significant (P<0.05), the index of stomach, cecum index, small bowel, differences in the effects of small intestine length index was not significant (P>0.05).5, Blood biochemical indexes:the test group, the effect of the ring die compression ratio on the level of isradipine rabbit blood Cheongju TP, ALB, TC, CHO, LDL-C, HDL-C content is not significant (P>0.05).6, Some immune indexes:the experimental group, the ring die compression than the difference of level of IRA rabbit blood Cheongju IgA content significantly (P<0.05), differences in the effects on blood Cheongju IgG and IgM levels was not significant (P>0.05); ring die compression than level of IRA rabbit thymus weight significant effect (P<0.05). The vermiform appendix, spleen, sacculus rotundus of no significant effect (P>0.05); ring die compression ratio level of IRA rabbit the immune organ index of the difference was not significant (P>0.05).In conclusion, different ring mould compression ratio of modules on the ring of rabbit pellet feed processing quality has certain effect, the influence of the feed particles of different compression to the IRA rabbit production performance, health status, nutrient digestibility, immune function and associated physical and chemical indexes etc. have certain influence and compression ratio is 12:1 level modules over the ring effect best.
