The data of the arthropod in the field is important to research the effect of pest control and evaluate the safety of transgenic rice and forecast and prognosisof insect pests. There are many sample method for arthropod, but, it is contentious which method is more accurate for arthropod. In this study, we survey the arthropod in the rice field by the Malaise trap method, vacuum-suction method and basin-beating method, typical results are shown below:1 The structure of arthropod community in rice field According to the result, we can learn that the malaise trap method get the most number of the arthropod species, vacuum-suction method is second only to the malaise trap, basin-beating method is the last. The basin-beating method get the most number of the arthropod, then is the farm cop suction, the last is malaise trap. Dominance index of arthropod by basin-beating method is much higher than the malaise trap method and vacuum-suction method; Shanon-Wiener diversity index of arthropod by the malaise trap method and vacuum-suction method is significantly larger than basin-beating method; Evenness index of arthropod by malaise trap method is significantly higher than vacuum-suction method and basin-beating method in 2014, but there is no significant difference between different sample method in 2013. We can know that diversity of arthropod by the vacuum-suction method is much better.2 Gild dominance of arthropod in rice field The malaise trap method is suit for the Phytophages and Detritivores, but it is not good for the Parasitoids and Predators; vacuum-suction method is apply to sample the Phytophages; Basin-beating method be suitable for Phytophages, Detritivores and Predators.3 The comparison of main order(class) collected by different sampling method Basin-beating method is suitable for Hemiptera, and then is the vacuum-suction method; malaise trap method and basin-beating method is suitable for Lepidoptera; vacuum-suction method is suitable for Hymenoptera, Odonatan, Diptera, Orthoptera;vacuum-suction method and basin-beating method is suitable for Coleoptera; there is no difference about Neuroptera collected by different sampling methods; basin-beating method is suitable for Thysanoptera, Arachnoidea and Collembola.4 The comparison of dominant family collected by different sampling methods Malaise trap method is suitable for collecting Delphacidae, Noctuidae, Cicadellidae, Pyralidae, Psychodidae, Chironomidae, Mycetophilidae, Lauxaniidae, Cecidomyiidae and so on; vacuum-suction method is suitable for collecting Delphacidae, Cicadellidae, Chironomidae, Culicidae, Mycetophilidae, Chlorops, Agromyzidae, Braconidae, Platypezidae and so on; basin-beating method is suitable for collecting Delphacidae, Linyphiidae, Cicadellidae, Lycosidae, Oxyopidae, Salticidae, Miridae, Theridiidae and so on.5 The comparison of dominant species collected by different sampling methods Sogatella furcifera(Horváth)is the most dominant species by different sampling method. malaise trap method is suitable for collecting Sogatella furcifera(Horváth), Inazuma dorsalis, Naranga aenescens(Moore), Psychodidae, Pachycerina sp., Mycetophilidae, Orseoia oryzae, Chilo suppressalis, Apanteles cypris(Nixon) and so on. Vacuum-suction method is suitable for collecting Chironomidae oryzae(Matsumura), Sogatella furcifera( Horváth), Inazuma dorsalis, Nephotettix bipunctatus, Mycetophilidae, Opius sp, Chlorops oryzae, Cnaphalocrocis medinalis(Guenee). Basin-beating method is suitable for collecting Sogatella furcifera( Horváth), Hylyphantes graminicola, Chironomidae oryzae(Matsumura), Nilaparvata lugens, Inazuma dorsalis, Marpissa magister, Pardosa pseudoannulata, Bianor hotingchlehi(Schentel) and so on.6 The comparison of representative family of different gild collected by different sampling methods Predators: The number of Lycosidae, Oxyopidae, Salticidae, Linyphiidae per 100 hills by basin-beating method is significantly larger than malaise trap method and vacuum-suction method. Phytophages: basin-beating method is suitable for collecting Delphacidae, Thysanoptera, Vacuum-suction method is suitable for collecting Cicadellidae and Chlorops. Parasitoids: vacuum-suction method is suitable for collecting Ichneumonidae and Braconidae, vacuum-suction method is suitable for collecting Pteromalidae and Scelionidae, and then is basin-beating method; Detritivores: basin-beating method is suitable for collecting Collembola, vacuum-suction method is suitable for collecting Mycetophilidae, malaise trap method and vacuum-suction method is suitable for collecting Psychodidae and Lauxaniidae.
