Long natural bamboo fiber has become a huge potential for high-grade textile fabric raw material,the characteristics of moisture absorption performance is good,easy to dye,anti radiation,good drape,good mechanical properties,is a kind of excellent green fiber.At present,mechanical method for processing bamboo fiber also has certain limitations,can not fit the requirements of large-scale producting,this paper studyed the structure and mechanical properties of bamboo,discussed the mechanical method for processing bamboo fiber in detail,raised the extraction of bamboo fiber torsional shear method,established the relationship of rolling method extract bamboo fiber that roll bite angle and roll diameter,the thickness of bamboo ties,designed the cracking method open fiber mechanical working device,so the main conclusions are:1)Extraction of the basic principle of bamboo fiber mechanical method,according to the principle of further research on the mechanical method for processing bamboo fiber;2)Illustrates the basic principle of the mechanical method for processing bamboo fiber torsional shear method,and verified the feasibility of the method.The establishment of the twisted relationship cut fiber twist angle and torque,bamboo wall thickness to radius length,based on the results of fresh bamboo experiment: calculated data values and basic theory of kiss,torsion angle is about 360° when the basic realization of bamboo base damage,fiber matrix debonding and sliding,torsion cut the bamboo fiber basic feasible extraction;3)According to the relationship between bamboo shape variables and roller press amount consistent rolling method,in ensuring the bamboo is not roll tension strength damage is obtained under the condition that the bite angle and roll diameter between,to verify the relationship between the use of known data,preliminary get rolling machinery and the minimum roller diameter is 60 mm.width of 20 mm,the thickness of 15 mm bamboo rolling load is about 2794 N extraction;4)According to the deficiency of cracking open fiber machine,designed the cracking open fiber working device,the device is driven by hydraulic system,has the characteristics of big clamping force,controllable size,high precision,can better enhance level of automation equipment through adding the auxiliary device;5)By using the finite element analysis of composite module fiber opening process of rolling stress distribution,deformation is analyzed briefly,the analysis results show that: the bamboo will appear stress concentration area small,bamboo fiber may be destroyed by strong force,under the uniform load uniform shape variable.This thesis focuses on the twisting method was studied,the effect is obvious,and explores the fiber roller compaction method open bite angle,the diameter of the roller,the relation between the bamboo,reliable conclusions,and design a fiber opening work deviceaiming at the shortage of cracking method of mechanical device,provides a design reference for large-scale production for cracking method.
