This article systematically studied the planting pattern of vetch, ryegrass and rape these three kinds of green manure monoculture, between two mixed cropping and three mixed cropping, and the influence on integrated nutrient, agronomic traits, disease occurrence, soil physical properties, the chemical components of middle and upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco leaves and economic characters. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Ploughing down green manure could increase soil nitrogen phosphorus potassium content, hydrolysable nitrogen, olsen phosphorus content, available potassium content and organic matter content, but decrease soil bulk density and soil pH value. T7 treatment had the greatest reduction of soil bulk density by 0.077 g/cm3; Although the soil pH reduced, was still in a proper range; ploughing down green manure increased the amount of available nutrient(N,P,K) in soil, comprehensive comparison T7 showed off the best.2. The agronomic traits of tobacco was improved:the height of the tobacco was higher than that of CK, which increased by 1.62~6.11cm, the stem was broader, the length and width of leaves were also increased, the numbers of remained leaves were 1.3 more than that of CK. The effects of the agronomic traits improving were in the following order:T7, T4, T5, intercropped treatments were better than monoculture treatment.3. Physical indicators of tobacco had certain improvement after ploughing down green manure:Reduced the length of upper leaves, increased the length of middle leaves, improved the equilibrium moisture content of the upper leaves, but had little effect on stem ratio.4. Green manure treatments increased the total nitrogen and nicotine content of tobacco, reduced the content of total sugar and reducing sugar. The total sugar and reducing sugar content of T1 treatment reduced by a big margin, which is not conducive to quality improvement. Plowing vetch, canola improved the potassium content of the upper leaves,T4, T7 followed. Green manure sugar-nicotine ratio more coordinated, the most appropriate treatment was T7. Ratio of potassium to chlorine in upper leaves were within the appropriate range, and so were the middle leaves of T1, T5, T7. T7 treatment was the best.5. Green manure effectively reduced the incidence of wilt, CK handle 1.8-15times more than the treatment of green manure. Disease incidence of the treatments with rape were relative higher among all treatment. Blackleg disease incidence of T3、T5 were severe than other treatments, while T4 and T7 were the lightest.6. Yield and output of T1, T4 and T7 were the highest, the average price of the top three were all the treatments with rape.
