In order to improve problems such as concentrated water distribution, fuzzy relations between groove structure and hydraulic performance of the fixed spray plate sprinkler and so on. The three-dimensional design of fixed spray plate sprinklers is based on Pro/ENGINEER software. Effects of groove angle of a fixed spray plate sprinkler on water distribution and uniformity were obtained, and a three-splate sprinkler was designed based on the above principles. Moreover, experimental study was conducted to explore influence of flow channel structure(such as groove length, groove number and groove shape) of fixed spray plate sprinkler on hydraulic performance, and a great hydraulic performance of single spray splate sprinkler was selected. According to the research, the main conclusions can be gotten.(1) When groove angle was-45° to 15°, water distribution of the single flow channel,individual sprinkler and combined sprinklers all became more uniform. But with the increasing of groove angle from 15° to 45°, water distribution was reversely less uniform.Uniformity coefficient of groove channel angle of 15° has the largest radius, lowest application rate and highest. And uniformity coefficient of minus groove angle was less than that of plus one.(2) The designed three-splate sprinkler, which had triangle-shape individual sprinkler water distribution, improved the problem that high precipitation rate caused by concentrated water distribution and made the fixed spray plate sprinkler spray more uniform. At moving sprinkler irrigation, under 2.5、3.5、4.5 5.5 m sprinkler spacings, combination uniformity coefficient of three-splate sprinkler was larger than 85%.(3) According to range analysis method, influencing factors of wetted radius were groove length, groove number and groove shape in sequence, and influencing factors of maximum precipitation rate were groove number, groove length and groove shape in sequence, and influencing factors of combination uniformity coefficient were groove number,groove length and groove shape in sequence. According to comprehensively weighted grading method, influencing factors of hydraulic performance of fixed spray plate sprinklers were groove number, groove length and groove shape in sequence.(4) A great hydraulic performance of single spray splate sprinkler was selected, whichhad groove length of 4.0 mm, groove number of 12 and groove shape of Y shape. At moving sprinkler irrigation, under 2.5、3.5、4.5 5.5 m sprinkler spacings, combination uniformity coefficient of single spray splate sprinkler was larger than 80%.
