Electrostatic field can be divided into natural and artificial electrostatic field, at the end of the 19 th century before the human into the electrification, electrostatic field are mainly composed of natural electric field. The change of the electrostatic field can affect the genetic evolution of animals and plants, in the long-term evolution process of the electromagnetic environment of animals and plants have adapted to the ground. However, after entering the era of electrification, the human with the rapid development of science and technology level, studies have shown that we are now living environment of electromagnetic intensity has been an increase of more than 100 million times in the last century, great changes in a short time, so it will impact on biological genetic changes. With the deepening of human understanding of electromagnetic field, electromagnetic pollution,(electromagnetic radiation by organism, its energy is absorbed by the part, when energy reaches a certain threshold can produce great harm to organisms), the word also gradually entered the human vision. Although the study of electromagnetic has become a hot topic in the medical field, also in the field of botany, but studies of high voltage electrostatic field on insect has not caused enough attention. As a typical R, S. avenae, has short generation cycle, fast breeding, can quickly adapt to the characteristics of environmental change, is an ideal material to study environmental stresses, at the same time as one of the major hazard on wheat to humans bring great economic losses every year, so the high voltage electrostatic effect on S. avenae is of great significance. Existing research results show that high voltage electrostatic field for wheat aphid to deal directly with S. avenae, and by radiation wheat and realize the indirect treatment, all can on the growth and breeding of S. avenae have a significant impact. In real life, however, wheat and S. avenaet accept the influence of high voltage electrostatic field was conducted at the same time, so in this case through short-term processing, wheat growth and development of long tube of the aphid, and breeding of the change of antioxidant enzyme activity needs further research.Based on scientific problems above, this study adopts the different high voltage electrostatic field and radiation intensity of seeds and wheat processing method of long tube if aphid aphis, draw wheat the first generation of S. avenae, fifth generation, the tenth generation, the generation of 15, the 20 th generation life table, and simultaneous determination of S.avenae second generation, the sixth generation, generation of 11, 16, 21 generation in vivo antioxidant enzyme activity and the relative average daily weight growth rate(MRGR) change. The result shows that:1. After high voltage electrostatic field treatment of S. avenaet intrinsic growth rate(r) treatment group were lower than the control group, in the early low in 4 kV/cm, with the increase of generation in minimum appeared in the 15 th and 20 th generation 2 kV/cm;(T), and its average generation cycle net increment rate(R0), adult longevity, fecundity and litter number parameters such as the treatment group were presented early significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.01), with the increase of generation treatment group and control group had no significant difference; Adult survival rates peak and life treatment group compared with control group general rise with the increase of generation to reduce after the last no difference.2. After high voltage electrostatic field treatment, S. avenaet of superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in addition to the second generation of 2 kV/cm and 4 kV/cm was significantly lower than control, and the rest of the generation were significantly higher than that of control, 6 kV/cm each generation there were no significant difference compared with; The catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD) activity of each generation treatment group were significantly lower than control, but in 2 kV/cm and 4 kV/cm strength under the CAT present fall after rise first, and the POD are lowered after the first.3. S. avenaet after different intensity of high voltage electrostatic aphid populations in different generation MRGR except the sixth generation of 4 kV/cm compared with other electric field intensity and generation significantly reduce, the other had no significant difference.4. The total time and number of Np and C of each treatment group are significantly higher than the control group. There is no significant difference between treatment group and control group in the total number of E1, but the number of E2, treatment group is lower than the control group significantly...
