Polyporus belong polyporales Polyporaceae fungi, it is an important Chinese medicinal fungi.Sclerotia its medicinal parts, with clearing damp and promoting diuresis, subsidence of swelling and other effects.Polyporus in China has more than two thousand years of history of medicinal,the first recorded in the "Shen Nong’s Herbal Classic".In recent years,polyporus polysaccharide was found to have enhanced immunity, anti-cancer and treatment the curative effect of liver disease.Because of Polyporus medicinal makes a sharp increase in the amount of its widely used, but currently on the market excavation of Polyporus medicinal material is the main source of wild resources,resulting in scarcity of wild resources.However, Polyporus artificial cultivation technology is limited by sclerotium slow growth, low reproduction rate, and the la1 of the Mother Grifola umbellata,and other factors.Polyporus medicinal value and its la1 of resources makes the artificial cultivation techniques to get attention,Polyporus currently used artificial cultivation methods have a heavy workload, large-scale cultivation of limitations, and some harm to the environment and other issues.Substitute cultivation Substitute cultivation method has short production cycle, high yield, easy to large-scale industrial production,etc.So the grifola substitute cultivation technology research is particularly important.The study collected eight different areas of Polyporus species, using different culture conditions(temperature, light, medium water ratio, etc.) on substitute cultivation, to observe the growth.Through substitute cultivation of Polyporus of mycelium morphology, growth rate, and the comparison of the growth condition of sclerotia.Selected mycelium growing well, sclerotia higher yield strains.At the same time to explore substitute culture of Polyporus umbellatus strains most suitable culture conditions and culture medium.Provide a good provenance of substitute cultivation Polyporus, while providing a reference for the study of large-scale artificial cultivation technique and Polyporus germplasm.The main findings of this study are as follows:1.Growth there are some differences between different areas Polyporus species,from the strains of lueyang county in Shanxi province of Polyporus form of mycelium and sclerotium overall best growth,it’s more dense mycelium, and also has a greater number of larger sclerotia.From Funiu Mountain in Henan Province and Baishi Mountain in Hebei Province mycelial growth fastest.2.The best conditions for Polyporus substitute cultivation is:25℃,24 hours of darkness,the ratio of material to water is 1:1.4(in sclerotium)or 1:1.6(in mycelium).3.The best substitute culture medium formula is:sawdust 50%,the cotton seed hull 30%,bran 18%,gypsum 1%, qui1 lime 0.4%,sucrose 0.5%,KH2PO4 0.1%.
