| In this paper, Guangxi Rongan kumquat was used as the research object, through the Rongan county kumquat cultivation history, geographical environment, climate conditions, markets, industry developmental data collection, and by SWOT analysis method, to study and compare the different characters of nine kumquat Cultivars including Rongan county and Yangshuo county. It was expected the goal to understand the reason of Rongan kumquat Mutation through the history and ecological conditions of Rongan kumquat, and to provide a reference for the sustainable development of Rongan kumquat industry. The results were as follows:1. There was a pretty long history of rongan kumquat, according to research, in 1750, Emperor Qianlong of the Qing dynasty brought this newly introduced variety from Longquan county (now Suichuan county) of Gian mansion in Jiangxi province. There are only about 30 surviving ancient kumquat trees originates from Jiangxi province in Dajiang town Caimiao village Tanyao tuen of Rongan county, tree-age 60-70.That is to say this, variety has a history over 260 years, from which selected some new species like "smooth skin kumquat", "crisp honey kumquat". These new varieties are.not "spicy", but "juicy" and "crisp", they also have less oil skin cell. The emergence of new varieties of excellent features, fully demonstrated the existence of the diversity of Rongan kumquat" breed resources.2. Rongan kumquat industry has developed vigorously in recent years, under the guidance of government’s policy, kumquat industry got a rapid development with the planting area of 6272 ha, the production area of 4483 ha, the average annual growth rate of 15% and the annual output value of 348 million yuan. The government is now actively undertaking the "kumquat festival", promoting ecological tourism, establishing national development plan and incentives, encouraging the development of electronic commerce to make Rongan kumquat to achieve diversified development.3. Through the SWOT strategic analysis of Rongan kumquat industry, can understand the problems and contradictions of Rongan kumquat industry, summarize the successful experiences and failure lessons in the kumquat industry development, can also put forward the corresponding policy according to the development of the Rongan kumquat industry.4. Through the comparison of the botany properties of different kumquat varieties. Found the kumquat varieties are multifarious. Unlike Rongan kumquat, Yangshuo kumquat tree form was different, and its potential was better than A kumquat tree, branches of the kumquat varieties all have short thorns,the thorns of Yangshuo kumquat are longer than Rongan kumquat. There was little difference in leaf appearance among each variety, except for the blade size differences. Flowers of all kumquat varieties are hermaphrodite.5. After the comparison of various varieties kumquat fruit found that, from some related data such as fruit weight, edible rate, rate of fruit juice, oil cell number, vitamin C content, total sugar content, sugar content, titratable acid content, soluble solids, taste flavor, Rongan kumquat varieties was better than Yangshuo kumquat on the overall quality, in which crisp honey kumquat and smooth skin kumquat have relatively high quantity with optimal cultivation, however, relatively speaking, the price difference of Rongan kumquat an to Yangshuo kumquat is not with high competitiveness among the nine varieties6. Comparing the three major kumquat varieties of Rongan and marking them with MSAP molecular at the same time. Found that DNA methylation occurred in both the smooth leather kumquat and the crisp sweet kumquat, this phenomenon confirmed that there was a genetic relationship among the three varieties. |
