To get around the problem of the serious disturbance of the soil,great seeding height, high c onsumption, and the opener is easy to be intertwined by the field sundries when ditching to plan t corn, a corn precision bar type planter is developed on the basis of the research of seedin g operation related machinery at home and abroad. The planter is mainly composed of pric king hole device, seeding and fertilizing mechanism and temporary storage of seed and fert ilizer which three parts work in harmony, realizing precise sowing of corn. Carried out the research on the key technology of corn precision bar type planter, complete main work an d achievements are as follows:(1)According to the agronomic requirements, developed a corn precision bar type planter which is composed of pricking hole device, seeding and fertilizing mechanism and temporary storage of seed and fertilizer. Dropping process is came true, seed charge height is decreased,the disturbance of the soil when planting and power consumption when ditching are reduced,seeding quality is increased, all those by controlling the duckbill’s split nuts of pricking hole device.(2) By analyzing the trajectory of pricking hole, that ze-rorate seedling and fertilization work can be achieved when feature parameters l(29)1 could meet the demand of zero speed to the seedling and fertilization work and could improve the stability of seedling and fertilization. To make the length of the hole forming within the soil as small as possible, it should satisfy the equation(?). Kinematic simulation and optimization analysis was done with ADAMS software, and measured the displacement, velocity and acceleration curves of top of the duck-rostra type punching-opener, analyzed whether the duck-rostra type punching-opener can meet the agronomic requirements, verified the correctness of installation position of opening and closing pin on concentric discs.(3)Using Auto CAD2010 software, according to the optimization of the structure parameters of the computer aided optimization design software, the adoption of rationalization proposals, the transplanting mechanism of the various parts of the design, the final completion of the organization of two-dimensional drawings. And adopt reasonable suggestions, and then design the various parts of the transplanting mechanism, and at last draw the final completion of the organization of two-dimensional. According to the drawing of the last chapter, with using the Solidworks2014 software, establish the three-dimensional model of the mechanism, and assemble the model.(4)The related factors influenced the indenting quality were determined by analyzing the punching mechanism of pricking hole mechanism. Looking up relevant literature, Dete rmined that the forward speed of the machine, buried depth of the duck-rostra type punchi ng-opener and the taper angel of it had a great influence on the length and the width of s oil hole and hill spacing. The effect of each parameter on each indicator was analyzed by single-factor experiments,and it also shows that each indicator gained the optimal value w hen forward speed of machine was 1.2m/s~1.8m/s, buried depth of the duck-rostra was 100mm~120mm, the taper angel was 15°~25°. By carrying out Box-Behnken center combinatio n experimental design method, the mathematical model of the precision punch planter of m aize’s length and the width of soil hole and hill spacing was established, the contribution rate of each factor on each indicator. The optimal combinations of parameters were got wh ich were forward speed of 1.5m/s, buried depth of 110 mm and taper angel of 20°. At this time the length of soil hole was less than 67 mm, the width of soil whole was less than56 mm and hill spacing was about 251 mm.Optimizing parameters meet the performance require ments of corn planting, provide the foundation for further research. The primary performance test ing of the complete machine will be conducted.(5)Static force analysis with finite element method was performed with Analysis-Si mulation, got stress distributing graph, strain contours and deformation nephogram of duckrostra.1.Type punching-opener whose stress distribute was quite uniform and the maximum st ress was 124 Mpa less than the materials Q235’s yield stress of 221 Mpa and the design of duck-rostra meet the strength requirement.2.Conducting the model analysis of frame on this basis, its first 8 mode and natural f requency were got, external excited frequency range was 28.067~47.572 Hz much less than the natural frequency of all mode.(6) In order to verify various performance indexes designed, primary test measurement of Precision Punch Planter of Maize prototype processed was conducted. Experiment results show that the shape of soil hole was reasonable; this device could satisfy the requirements of corn planting.
