Based on demands of Fagaceae, Betulaceae and Taxaceae Precious Forest Species such as Castanopsis hystrix, Castanopsis kawakamii, Betula luminfera, Betula alnoides, Torreya grandisand, Taxus mairei habit and taking the woodland, orchard, meadow, and some unused land in Fujian as the research object, a suitability evaluation index system of Fagaceae, Betulaceae and Taxaceae Precious Forest Species was established. The index system includes 15 relevant factors form four aspects:topography, climate, soil and social economic aspects. Suitable land resources for Legume Precious Forest Species were assessed by means of GIS technology, integrated with correctional weighting-multiplication model. On this basis, based on comprehensive consideration of optimizing the land layout concept of Precious Forest Species such as "suitable tree, moderate scale and species preferred", following the principle of "composite index maximum priority cultivation" conducted the study of land comprehensive layout optimization of Precious Forest Species, and used WebGIS technical executed secondary development, developed information management system of optimizing the land layout of the main Precious Forest Species in Fujian. The results indicated that:(1) The size of the suitable land area of Fagaceae, Betulaceae and Taxaceae Precious Tree were:Betula luminfera (85.47%)> Taxus mairei (79.81%)> Torreya grandisand (63.29%) >Castanopsis kawakamii(44.08%)>Betula alnoides(24.81%)>Castanopsis hystrix(18.88%), indicated that the province’s land resources were more suitable for cultivating Betula luminfera, Taxus mairei and Torreya grandisand, while the appropriate land resources of Betula alnoides and Castanopsis hystrix were relatively less.(2) The highly and moderately suitable land resources of Castanopsis hystrix in Fujian Province accounted for 50.33% and 45.67% of the whole suitable land. The highly suitable land was mainly distributed in Zhangzhou, Quanzhou, Longyan and Fuzhou City, while the moderately suitable land was in Zhangzhou, Longyan, Quanzhou and Fuzhou City. The highly and moderately suitable land of Castanopsis kawakamii respectively accounted for 35.24% and 52.23% of the total suitable area in Fujian Province. The highly suitable land was mainly distributed in Sanming, Nanping, Longyan, Fuzhou and Quanzhou City, moderately suitable land was in Nanping, Longyan, Ningde and Sanming City. The highly and moderately suitable land of Betula luminfera respectively accounted for 36.95% and 55.89% of the total suitable area of the whole province, which of the highly was mainly distributed in Sanming, Nanping, Longyan, Fuzhou and Quanzhou, while the moderately was mainly located in Nanping, Longyan, Ningde and Sanming City. The highly and moderately suitable land of Betula alnoides accounted for 24.09% and 58.79%, the former was mainly located in Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Longyan City, and the later was mainly distributed in Longyan, Quanzhou, Zhangzhou, Fuzhou and Putian City. The highly and moderately suitable land of Torreya grandisand respectively accounted for 36.89% and 49.51%, which of the highly was distributed mainly in the city of Sanming, Nanping, Longyan and Ningde, while the moderately was in Longyan, Sanming, Nanping, Quanzhou City. The highly and moderately suitable land of Taxus mairei respectively accounted for 43.47% and 53.58%, which of the highly was distributed mainly in the city of Nanping, Sanming, Longyan and Ningde, while the moderately was in Longyan, Nanping, Sanming and Ningde city.(3) The area size of land optimization layout of Fagaceae, Betulaceae and Taxaceae Precious Tree were:Taxus mairei (46.93%)>Castanopsis kawakamii (15.34%)>Castanopsis hystrix(13.17%)> Betula alnoides (10.51%)> Betula luminfera (6.62%)>Torreya grandisand (4.86%), which showed that the whole province’s optimal layout land of Precious Tree took advantage of Taxus mairei.(4) The preferred planting area of Castanopsis hystrix was 23.52 million hectare, which mainly distributed in Nanan, Luojiang, Yongchun, Anxi of Quanzhou city; Huaan, Longhai, Nanjing, Pinghe of Zhangzhou city; Shanghang, Xinluo of Longyan, Tongan, Xiangan of Xiamen city and so on. Castanopsis kawakamii preferred planting area was 49.02 million hectare, which mainly distributed in Yanping, Shunchang of Nanping city; Zhangping, Liancheng and Xinluo of Longyan city; Yongan, Sanyuan, Datian, Meilie of Sanming City and Yongchun of Quanzhou city and so on. The preferred planting area of Betula luminferawas 21.33 million hectare, which mainly distributed in Jianou, Shunchang, Jianyang, Zhenghe of Nanping city; Youxi, Shaxian, Jiangle, Qingliu, Mingxi and Yongan of Sanming city; Minqing of Fuzhou city; Dehua of Quanzhou city and Liancheng, Changting of Longyan city and so on. The preferred planting area of Betula alnoides was 24.98 million hectare, which mainly distributed in Xinluo of Longyan City; Minhou, Jinan, Luoyuan, Yongtai of Fuzhou city; Anxi, Yongchun of Quanzhou city; Xianyou of Putian city; Hua’an of Zhangzhou city and so on. The preferred planting area of Torreya grandisand was 8.68 million hectare, which mainly distributed in Dehua of Quanzhou city; Gutian, Pingnan, Xiapu of Ningde city; Zhenghe, Pucheng, Songxi, Jianou, Wuyishan, Guangze, Jianyang of Nanping City; Ninghua, Taining, Mingxi, Youxi of Sanming City and so on. The preferred planting area of Taxus mairei was 23.52 million hectare, which mainly distributed in Youxi, Mingxi, Yongan, Taining, Jiangle, Datian, Jianning, Shaxian and Qingliu of Sanming city; Zhenghe, Shunchang, Shaowu, Jianou, Yanping, Jianyang and Pucheng of Nanping City; Liancheng of Longyan city; Luoyuan, Minqing and Minhou of Fuzhou city; Gutian of Ningde city and other county (city, district)(5) The Information management system of land optimization layout of precious tree plantation in Fujian achieved informational, dynamic and visual management to land optimization layout of precious tree plantation, which included modules administrator module and ordinary users module. Administrator users can perform background data management, website information maintenance and user rights management. Ordinary users can locate on map, display properties, create the matic map, inquire and add up relevant results about suitable land and optimization layout of precious tree plantation through the system, which can greatly enhance the region land optimization layout of precious species analysis and management work. It can provide important support of information decision support for the sustainable development of the precious tree species industry.
