Coastal protective forest system, which play important role in China’s disaster prevention and mitigation system, especially in the construction of eco-environmental in coastal areas, could increase the ability to withstand natural disaster and protect production, it can also increase the wealth of society, improve the quality of ecological environment and social economic sustainable development. This study takes Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone as the research area and analyze on the comprehensive benefit of the spatial differentiation in coastal protective forest system. Then, combined remote sensing image data 2014 by 3S technology with field study and data collection to extract the information about the spatial distribution of coastal protective forest in research area. Moreover, selecting appropriate benefit evaluation index and building the evaluation model to realize the evaluation on the comprehensive benefit of the spatial differentiation in coastal protective forest system. The results show as followed:(1) According to our country land classification system and the actual condition in the study area, the land can be divided into six types included waters, cultivated land, forest land, sandy land, habitation and unutilized land. Based on that the forest species can be extract included Slash pine, Acacia, Japanese black pine, Casuarina and so on.(2) According to the selection principle, theoretical research, expert opinion and indicators available of the comprehensive efficient index, it can be summed up three indicators. First, the evaluation index of ecological benefit includes soil erosion modulus, vegetation coverage, forest net primary production (NPP), wind erosion climate index, forest atmospheric carbon fixation and land surface roughness. Second, the economic performance evaluation indicators includes gross domestic product (GDP) and food production value. Third, the social performance evaluation indicators such as the entertainment culture value(3) The grade map of soil erosion in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone can be gained according to the soil erosion model by calculating soil loss equation. The results show that the present situation of soil erosion is better in research area. Then, micro and mild degree erosion area of 99.502%proportion of the total erosion area. Moreover, low vegetation coverage can aggravate soil erosion. Coastal protective forest can effectively reduce erosion, soil erosion situation is obviously improved.(4) Forest net primary production (NPP) has three evaluation factor includes vegetation coverage, soil erosion modulus and MNDWI with different weigh value. It is calculated by raster data of the forest climate productivity and correction coefficient, build the raster data about forest net primary production (NPP) and the ability of carbon fixation in different township in research area.(5) According to the raster data about land surface roughness in different slope, it shows that the more vegetation coverage, the more rough of land. The strength of soil under protection is of great significance to reduce the surface wind speed, soil erosion, wind erosion, etc.(6) According to the GDP of the first and the second industry, food production value, the entertainment culture value and spatial land use types, to establish spatial distribution model and obtain each value of raster. The results show that resident unit raster has the highest GDP, cultivated land unit raster has the highest food production value, and waters unit raster has the highest entertainment culture value.(7) According to principal component analysis, factor analysis and theoretical analysis, there have nine evaluation factor includes soil erosion model, vegetation coverage, forest net primary production (NPP), wind erosion climate index, forest atmospheric carbon fixation, land surface roughness, gross domestic product (GDP), food production value and entertainment culture value. The results show that respective weights are 0.10597,0.11922,0.11914,0.10589,0.11914,0.11150,0.11524, 0.10173and 0.10216 by grey relational analysis. Construct the comprehensive benefit evaluation model, Adopt the method of fuzzy clustering, difference in comprehensive benefit was divided into three categories as good, average and bad.(8) Analyze the spatial differentiation of comprehensive benefit of coastal protection forest in research area. The results show that Yutou town, Suao, Baiqing, Zhonglou, Dalian, Liushui, and Pingyuan have the highest comprehensive benefit which account for 39.48% of the total area of level of comprehensive benefit evaluation in the research area. Followed by Nanhai, Luyang, Dongxiang, Lancheng and Tancheng, which account for 29.27% of the total area. The worst were in Beicuo, Aodong, Aoqian, which account for 31.25% of the total area. In general, the best and the medium comprehensive benefit are mainly distributed in the north and central region in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone, and the worst are in the south.(9) Fitting the comprehensive benefit index and the NDVI index, the results show that when R (correlation coefficient) is 0.8040, the correlation between the two is significant, and comprehensive benefit index of each village has good reliability and scientific.
