Biodiversity is human survival conditions, is an important source of human means of production, is the foundation of sustainable development of economic society, is the guarantee of ecological safety and food safety and it’s in relation to the well-being of the present and future generations. With the rapid development of modern agriculture, excessive concentration of farmland management, extensive use of pesticides and fertilizers and planting single bring the crisis of agricultural development. The decrease of biodiversity and the trend of the prevalence of pests and diseases, and the research on how to solve this problem is imminent. Farmland biodiversity is essential to the sustainable development of agriculture and food security. To master the relationship between the household behavior and farmland biodiversity, this paper chooses Liaoning Shenyang Shenbei New District as the study area and the method of questionnaire and interview of 15 administrative villages farmers investigation, get effective sample data of 260 copies. The biological diversity of farmland was indicated by the application of the fertilizer in the field and using multiple regression model to analyze the influencing factors of farmers fertilizer, the establishment of farmers’ behaviors and the farmland biodiversity corresponding relations, and understanding farmer of farmland biodiversity of cognitive and farmers in farmland protection biodiversity of willingness, in order to protect the farmland biodiversity put forward policy recommendations. The research results show that:(1) Through the use of multiple regression model on Farmers’behavior analysis showed that, the farmer’s planting experience, the scale of farming, tillage and pesticide application amount to farmers fertilizer have significantly positive correlation. That is, the greater the amount of fertilizer application farmers, all of which have the characteristics of more planting experience, large scale, high degree of mechanization of farming and large amount of pesticide. The reason is that farmers in order to reduce production costs, to obtain greater economic benefits, generally through a large number of fertilizer to achieve.(2) Through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature, the use of chemical fertilizer application rate of farmland biodiversity indicator, that farmers’ planting experience, the scale of farming, farming and pesticide application amount on farmland biodiversity has significant negative correlation to. That is, the greater the planting experience of the farmers, the greater the scale of the agricultural land, the more mechanized farming methods and the more pesticide application amount, the more damage to the farmland biodiversity.(3)Through the questionnaire of finishing and expert scoring method on farmer’s behavior score, understanding of farmer of farmland biodiversity cognition.95% of the farmers said that they do not understand the biological diversity of farmland, if the government to take some economic measures to compensate farmers, but also only 49% of farmers to participate in the protection of farmland biodiversity. When the farmland biodiversity can improve agricultural products quality, improve agricultural production, can improve agricultural product prices and with manure instead of chemical fertilizer, the farmers are willing to reduce the amount of fertilizer to use and reduce the damage to farmland biodiversity.(4)Through the summary, the following four aspects of the measures of farmland biodiversity protection. First, increase farmers’ awareness of the effects of fertilizer on agricultural land biodiversity; second, rational use of chemical fertilizers, reduce pesticide use; third, strengthen the relevant technical training; fourth, increase farmers subsidies;fifth perfect the corresponding laws and regulations. A large number of inputs of chemical fertilizers and the single destruction of the planting crops have destroyed the biological diversity of farmland. Through these methods to protect the ecological environment and ensure the food security...
