Study On Effects Of Ecological Policies On Household's Water-soil Conservation Behavior

Agriculture household is the microcosmic body,their produce behavior have far-researching effects on the land.In the arid and semi-arid grassland areas,farmers' land-use acts have far-reaching implications on land degradation.Different agriculture policies have different impact on famer production and investment.Based on the investigation of Maowusu sand land farmers,the thesis research on the different policies effects on farmers' water-soil conservation act,and establish econometric model of the policy implications farmers soil and water conservation act.Through quantitative analysis we want to make a preliminary estimate of the impact of ecological policies on the extent of farmers water-soil conservation behavior.Sample come from front-Etuoke county and wushen couty in Maowusu sand land.Based on the analysis of data,we find that the agriculture policies which encourage produce will lead the farmers expand their scale of production and neglect the ecological protection.This type of policy in the agricultural-pastoral areas such ecologically fragile areas should be supported by the implementation of the ecological measures,which can restrict farmers over-assarting and grazing behavior to prevent the land degeneration.The implementation of the ecological policy and ecological engineering will lead the farmers take part in the ecology conservation action.It is needed to further improve the ecological policies benefits,agricultural subsidies and other measures to encourage farmers implement water-soil conservation behavior.
