The soil fertility, as the most basic characteristics of the soil, reflects the soil’s ability of production in the agriculture production field. With the scientific assessment of Baqiao District farmland soil fertility levels and acquirement of its spatial distribution characteristics,this article have took the fertility evaluation and nutrient fertilization of sweet cherry as its research objects. Based on the soil samples collected and analyzed,it had used GIS technology and principles of geostatistics to evaluate soil characteristics of the study area and completed a comprehensive evaluation of soil fertility by establishing a mathematical model of entropy evaluation. After mastering the main physical and chemical soil and nutrient index properties, this article had analyseed the cherry orchard soil fertility status which based on soil fertility evaluation results. This article also had provide a preliminary investigation of the soil-plant nutrition mechanism of cherry flow glue phenomenon and put forward sweet cherry production fertilization recommendations.Using the soil fertility evaluation model based on coefficient of entropy, this article had comprehensively evaluated several indexes of the soil sample which came from the 187 0~20cm piece of farmland surface in the Baqiao District and it used ArcMap software to map spatial distribution of soil fertility. These indexes are organic matter, alkali-hydro nitrogen,effective phosphorus, and potassium. Results showed that the baqiao farmland surface soil presents alkaline, soil available potassium, available phosphorus are "abundance " or "moderate" on the whole and the the effective content of iron, manganese and zinc are in a "normal" level. Alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen and organic matter content in the overall performance is in a "deficient" or "low" state. These results suggested that there should be paid more attention to organic fertilizers while potash is in excess. It is indicated that soil fertility level in this area is in the medium level:i. levels 4 of soil fertility, most 48.53% of the total farmland area mainly distributed in the northern Weihe Plain and in the southern loess tableland area;ii. levels 3 of soil fertility, accounting for 32.37% of the farmland area, mainly distributed in the northeast plain terrace and the transition zone of northern Weihe Plain;iii.levels 5 of soil fertility, accounting for 17.38% of the farmland area, mainlydistributed in low hilly land in eastern and southeastern tableland edge;There are small portions of areas with levels 1, 2, 6 of soil fertility, accounting for 0.35%, 1.12% and 0.26%of the total farmland area. These areas present mottled like scatted distribution in the central plains and the southern tableland area.In the light of the principle of classical statistics, this article had analyseed factors of the cherry orchard in this area. The results show that the cherry orchard soil fertility situation in Baqiao District is consistent with overall situation of farmland in this area, but soil pH in the cheery orchard with serious flow gum disease showed shard decline(i.e. acidification)phenomenon inside the crown canopy. Meanwhile, the soil available iron and manganese content in both the lateral soil inside the canopy and soil in surface are greatly increased. The effective zinc content is obviously lower than farmland. Hence, this article had deduced the soil pH fallen dramatically inside the canopy causing the effective iron, manganese content in the soil increased, leading to plant to ferrous or manganese poisoning. This is one of the significant causes of cherry flow glue.On the basis of summary the large fertilization, this article had suggested that the cherry orchard in the Bqiao District should put more effort to use the organic fertilizer,use chemical fertilizer in accordance with an appropriate ratio of NPK,try to avoid use acid fertilizers or physiological acid fertilizer in order to prevent soil acideification in the canopy lateral root zone.
