Purpose of this experiment is to study phytase with different content of calcium, phosphorus sows was apparent digestibility of nutrients in the diet and the influence of weaning weight. Test selection genetic background is consistent,2~4 litters, litter size is more than 10 head of health binary hybrid sows 36 head, using L9 (34) orthogonal table design of three factors and three levels without cross function of orthogonal test, test is divided into nine processing group, each group of four repeat, every repeat group 1 first. Test set three processing factor, respectively is the phytase (0.05g/kg, 0.1g/kg and 0.15g/kg), phosphorus (0.4%,0.6% and 0.8%), calcium (0.5%,0.7% and 0.9%). According to orthogonal table processing combination,9 groups of diet,28 days for 14 days to digest test and breeding breeding. Through the weaning weight, dry matter of calcium phosphate, such as nutrients and calcium in the blood phosphorus nutrition indicators are measured, the phytase diet nutrient apparent digestibility of sows and weaning weight. Test results show that:(1) in the case of calcium phosphate levels unchanged, adding phytase diet can significantly increase the weaning weight of piglets (P< 0.05), significantly improve the utilization rate of nutrients such as protein, calcium and phosphorus (P< 0.01), different doses of phytase significantly affects the blood calcium and blood phosphorus content (P< 0.01), of which 0.15 g/kg to add the amount of blood calcium and blood phosphorus significantly higher than 0.10 g/kg amount group (P< 0.01),0.15 g/kg and 0.1 g/kg group compared with 0.05 g/kg group weaning weight and nutrition nutrient digestibility significantly increased (P< 0.01). (2) in calcium adding phytase, under the condition of constant phosphorus significantly influence weaning weight and the apparent digestibility of nutrients (P< 0.05),0.8% group compared with 0.4% group and 0.6 P, dry matter, crude ash and digestion rate is significantly reduced, 0.6% than 0.4% group nutrient digestibility and weaning weight decreased significantly (P< 0.05). (3) in the phosphorus levels, bare phytase diet calcium significantly affect the digestibility of phosphorus in the diet, the calcium content in the digestibility of phosphorus in 0.9% group was significantly lower than 0.5% and 0.7% group (P< 0.05), compared to 0.7% and 0.5% group the digestibility of phosphorus significantly reduced (P< 0.05). To sum up:the sow phytic acid is added in the diet can significantly improve the weaning weight, calcium, phosphorus apparent digestibility of nutrients, including phosphorus levels was 0.4% in the food, the calcium level was 0.5%, add 0.15 g/kg phytase effect is best.
