Low winter temperatures in northern China, greenhouse vegetable cultivation has become an important cultivation mode to solve the problem of vegetable shortages during the winter in the north, however, long-term greenhouse vegetable cultivation will be cultivated soil barrier, soil ecological environment is deteriorating, resulting in quality and yield of greenhouse vegetables serious decline. In view of the above problems, combined with local conditions, select the application of this reactor straw cultivation techniques were tested in winter cucumber as test materials, the experiments were set up two treatments:one is the application of straw reactor, the two is no blank of straw reactor. To investigate the impact of the technology on the environment and greenhouse cucumber growth and physiology. In the experiment of greenhouse environment and the growth of cucumber to carry out comprehensive monitoring, the results are as follows:The application of straw reactor technology in greenhouse, the role of straw fermentation agent continued decomposition, generate a lot of heat, so that the soil temperature is increasing, which will transfer heat into the air so that the temperature inside the greenhouse also continue to increase, compared with the control, an average increase of 2.01℃, effectively avoiding the cucumber chilling injury due to the greenhouse in winter low temperature caused; straw decomposition process of continuous release of CO2, the concentration of greenhouse CO2 significantly increased,, in the early flowering greenhouse CO2 concentration maximum, compared with the blank control increased 2.01%; elevated temperatures and CO2 concentrations, promote the photosynthesis of cucumber, so that the accumulation of photosynthetic products increase; in addition, the application of straw reactors improve the physicochemical properties of the soil and chemical properties of straw decomposition of a large number of mineral elements increase the content of soil nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and organic matter. In the early fruit, fruit period and at the end of the fruit, soil bulk density were decreased by the 8.41%,12.20%,12.90%, EC value decreased 17.24%,15.01%and 14.04%, the salt concentration in the soil remains stable state, slowing the acidification of soil; increase the number of microorganisms in the soil of the greenhouse, so that the number of beneficial bacteria in the soil greatly enhanced in the late reduces the number of soil fungi, reducing the incidence of fungal diseases; to increase soil microbial enhanced enzyme the activity of soil phosphatase, urease, invertase activity were increased by 44.28%,27.78%,25.98%; improves soil ecological environment, so that the plants growing strong, increase production and improve the quality of the fruit, where production increased 21.95%, soluble sugar, soluble protein and vitamin C content were increased up 38.10%, 25.20%and 19.90%, while reducing the nitrate content.The results showed that:in the greenhouse straw reactor technology, can effectively improve the greenhouse environment, regulating the greenhouse microclimate is conducive to winter cucumber growth and development, improve the quality and yield of fruit. The results provide a scientific basis for the technology in the cultivation of cucumber winter application.
