Diseases, pests and weeds happened frequently on tobacco bring a huge losses to tobacco production, some controlling trails were conducted to choose the effective pesticides against tobacco virus disease, tobacco angular leaf spot disease, black cutworm, Helicoverpa assulta, weeds and tobacco lateral buds in this study. These pesticides selected by these experiments will be applied in china tobacco planting areas widely to ensure the tobacco production safely and efficiently. At the same time, some controlling trails of Cytosinpetidemycin and Cytosinpetidemycin-Polymyxin against crop diseases were conducted to lay the foundation for expanding the scope of crop registration. The main research results were as follows:1. The result of controlling tobacco virus disease showed that:3% Oligosaccharins AS(Abbreviations of pesticide formulations are in appendix I.) diluated at 600 presented best, of which the efficiency were 24.15% and 37.28% respectively after twice spraying, slightly higher than that of 2% Oligosaccharins AS diluated at 400, of which the efficiency were 15.70% and 21.95% respectively; The result of the field experiment against tobacco angular leaf spot disease showed that:50% Chlorobromoisocyanurate Acid had the better efficiency, of which the control effect was 66.12% on 7d after the 1st spraying, and 77.35% on 7d after the 2nd spraying, slightly better than that of 80% Bordeaux mixture WP diluated at 600, of which the control effect after twice spraying were 37.92% and 61.26% respectively; The two year’s results of controlling tests against black cutworm showed that:5% Lambda-cyhalothrin ME performed relatively better to black cutworm, the efficiency in two years were 74.44% and 100% respectively; The result of controlling Helicoverpa assulta showed that:all the pesticides tested had good control effects, among them,30% Ethofenprox EW had the most quick and persistent effect to Helicoverpa assulta, of which efficiency was 79.44%, slightly higher than that of 4% Indoxacard ME, of which the control effects was 76.50%; The two year’s results of controlling experiments against weeds showed that:25% Rimsulfuron DF and 25% Rimsulfuron WG were effective to control the weeds in tobacco field. And the control effect of 25% Rimsulfuron WG was higher than that of 25% Rimsulfuron DF. For monocotyledonous weeds and dicotyledonous weeds, its control effect of weeds number were 73.86% and 43.86% respectively on 20 days after the lstspraying, and 75.76% and 32.84% respectively on 40 days after the lst spraying. At the same time, its control effect for fresh weight to monocotyledonous weeds and dicotyledonous weeds were 78.50% and 71.43% on 40 days after the lst spraying in 2015;The two year’s results of controlling tobacco lateral buds showed that:36% Butralin EC and 48% Butralin EC both had the best proformance to tobacco lateral buds, of which the efficiency were 90.91%, and 98.85% respectively, slightly higher than 48% Butralin EC and 360g/L Pendimethalin-Flumetralin respectively.2.It found that 2% Cytosinpetidemycin AS at 400 times dilution and 200 times dilution had a good effect against tobacco virus disease and tomato virus disease respectively. The control efficiency of 400 times dilution against tobacco virus disease was 46.23%, silightly higher than that of 8% Ningnanmycin at 800 times dilution. The control efficiency of 400 times dilution against tomato virus disease was 86.71%, silightly higher than that of 20% Moroxydine-Copper acetate WP at 600 times dilution. The result of controlling cucumber powdery mildew disease and cucumber downy mildew disease showed that:the control efficiency of 1.8% Cytosinpetidemycin-Polymyxin AS at 400 times dilution,600 times dilution and 800 times dilution were both higher than that of 42.8% Fluoxastrobi n-Trifloxystrobin SC at 10mL/667m2 and 72% Cymoxanil·MnZn WP at 600 times dilution. Among them,1.8% Cytosinpetidemych·polymyxin AS at 400 times dilution performed relatively better, of which the control efficiency against cucumber powdery mildew disease and cucumber downy mildew disease after twice spraying were 74.27% and 85.70% respectively.
