Plot experiment was conducted to study the influences of combined application of plant pesticides and foliar fertilizer on the insects, physiology metabolism and quality of flue-cured tobacco(ZhongYan100) from 2009 in Experiment Science park of Henan Agriculture University. Meanwhile, field experiment conducter to study the control effect on insect pest and the yield of flue-cured tobacco. The results as follow:1st: Chemical pesticides has better control on Myzus persicae and Helicoverpa assulta. The plant pesticides and the combined application of plant pesticides and foliar fertilizer also have good control effect on Myzus persicae and Helicoverpa assulta. Comparely, T1, T2 and T4 have good control effect on Myzus persicae and Helicoverpa assulta.2nd: The chemical pesticides decline the leaf areas, LAI, NR activity, INV activity, chlorophyll contents, carotent contents, total sugar contents, and increase the nicotine contents. The plant pesticides have less declined effect on the leaf areas, LAI, NR activity, INV activity, chlorophyll contents, carotent contents, total sugar contents, and less increased effect on the nicotine contents than the chemical pesticides. The combined application of plant pesticides and foliar fertilizer have complicated effect. Above all, the chemical pesticides have more resistance on C-N-Metabolism, growth and development of flue-cured tobacco. The plant pesticides have less resistance. The combined application of plant pesticides and foliar fertilizer(T5) can improve the C-N-Metabolism, growth and development of flue-cured tobacco.3rd: The chemical pesticides can improve the MDA content, the plant pesticides and the combined application of plant pesticides and foliar fertilizer MDA content are less.The chemical pesticides can improve the SOD, POD, CAT activity, the plant pesticides improve the SOD, POD, CAT activity less, and the combined application of plant pesticides and foliar fertilizer have complicated effect on the SOD, POD, CAT activity.4th: The chemical pesticides have more influences on secondary metabolites of flue-cured tobacco at 37d, 71d~77d after planting, and the PAL, PPO activity improve, the resistance to insects and disease also improve. The plant pesticides have less influences on secondary metabolites of flue-cured tobacco at 71d~77d after planting, and the the resistance to insects and disease also improve, but the effect of improving are less than the chemical pesticides. the combined application of plant pesticides and foliar fertilizer have complicated effect on secondary metabolites, and the resistance to insects and disease are different.5th: The chemical pesticides decline the root weight and the root activity, the plant pesticides improve the root weight, and have less resistance on the root activity than the chemical pesticides. The combined application of plant pesticides and foliar fertilizer also improve the root weight, but have complicated effect on the root activity.6th: The chemical pesticides, plant pesticides and the combined application of plant pesticides and foliar fertilizer all improve the economic characters of flue-cured tobacco, comparely, T3 has a significant improving effect on the economic characters.T2, T3 and T5 main chemical components are more hamony.T2 and T5 total aroma constituents are higher, T2 neophytadiene, the aroma constituents except neophytadiene, and the total aroma constituents are the highest. The different kinds of aroma constituents of chemical pesticides reatment(except T1), the plant pesticides treatment are higher, but The different kinds of aroma constituents of combined application of plant pesticides and foliar treatment are complicated.Above all, although the chemical pesticides have the higher control effect on the insects, improve the secondary metabolites and the resistance to insects and disease, they have more resistance, and the growth and development are also resistanced. The field improve, but the quality decrese. The plant pesticides have less control effect on the insects, and the resistance to insects and disease are less than the chemical pesticides, but they have less resistance on the growth and development, and can improve the secondary metabolites and the field, meanwhile, the quality doesnot decline(T4). The combined application of plant pesticides and foliar fertilizer have a complacited effect on the flue-cured tobacco, can also improve the quality(T3, T5).
