Designing a complete set of intelligent monitoring system for northern sunlight greenhouse group in this topic, to achieve the monitoring and acquisition of northern sunlight greenhouse group environmental factors, and optimize the accuracy and stability of the data. Compared with the existing monitoring system in a single greenhouse, this design takes the northern sunlight greenhouse group as the research object, and carries on the adaptive optimization design to the environment of norther sunlight greenhouse group.According to the structure characteristics of northern sunlight greenhouse, unable to independently complete the monitoring function with ZigBee, combined with WiFi communication mode, using ZigBee wireless communication in greenhouse, monitoring the data of greenhouse, including air temperature, air humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, light intensity, soil temperature and soil humidity data and so on, using WiFi communication between the greenhouses, with the characteristics of strong penetration and good signal quality, to achieve the monitoring of the northern sunlight greenhouse group. Analysis of the the interference and conflict problems between ZigBee and WiFi network, used non cooperative work mode, to solve the two kinds of wireless communication technology mutual interference caused to the loss of data. Optimized the existing system unstable situation, redesigned the software and hardware, the underlying software working flow has been optimized, improve stability and smoothness of the system. In view of the existing monitoring data measurement error and data jitter, proposed a data fusion algorithm applied to the environment of northern sunlight greenhouse group, the algorithm is suitable for northern sunlight greenhouse, improved the accuracy of data in the test, and solved the interference of data jitter on the analysis of the greenhouse environment data.This design is applied in northern sunlight greenhouse group environment to test and analysis, the communication scope covers the whole northern sunlight greenhouse, ZigBee and WiFi interference problem has been solved, the underlying software runs stable and the energy loss of the hardware maintain low standard, PC software interface can easily complete the man-machine interactive operation, data fusion algorithm significantly enhance the data accuracy and reduce the data jitter problem, the system is running well, can stabilize the completion of the corresponding monitoring work.
