With the development of science and technology in our country,how to adopt advanced science and technology to increase the productivity,the economic efficiency and the environmental benefits of the vegetable base has become a realistic subject.This article combines wireless sensor network technology,data fusion technology and intelligent control technology to design a intelligent monitoring system for vegetable base.This paper’s main works are as follows:Firstly,The article deeply analyzes the development status of intelligent monitoring system for agriculture at home and abroad and analyzes the development status of wireless sensor network technology and data fusion technology.Based on the characteristics of the vegetable base and the demand of the monitoring system,design the system solutions,including the system’s overall structure solution and the network construction solution.Secondly,The article use the distribution display method,the data fusing algorithm that the arithmetic mean algorithm combines with the batch estimate and the adaptive weighted data fusion algorithm to do the data processing.So that improve the accuracy and the creditability of the results,reduce the amount of data transmission in wireless sensor network(WSN)and save the energy of the nodes.Thirdly,The article analyzes the influence of various environmental factors on vegetables and formulates the control strategy of every environment factor.Adopt the On/Off closed loop control method by setting the high and low limit to control the illumination and the soil moisture content.At the same time,design a temperature and humidity fuzzy control algorithm for the system.Specific design the structure of the fuzzy controller,the fuzzy rules,the fuzzy control rules and the defuzzy rules.Fourthly,The system is constructed by the coordinator,routers,sensor nodes and control nodes.The article design the hardware of processor module,power module,control module,data acquisition module and serial port module of each node in detail.At the same time,design the software of each node in detail.Fifthly,The article designs the upper-computer software and designs the serial port communication,database,and graphical interface in detail.This paper designs a easy installation,low power and low cost intelligent monitoring system for vegetable base to monitor and control the soil moisture content,air temperature,air humidity,illumination of the vegetable base.From the point of the production,it can improve the survival rate and the output value of vegetables,from the point of the environment,it can produce healthy vegetables.At the same time,it can make rational use of water resource. |
