Coal is an important source of energy, but the continuous development of the coal mining industry is not only destroed a lot of land resources and ecological environment for sustainable development also caused great harm. Mining land reclamation is a systematic project that has strategic significance. Land reclamation is not just simply be destroyed or disturbed land recovery use, it is more important is to build restore ecosystem function and reasonable structure. And to restore the ecological function of the system must be restored vegetation and flora and fauna and microbial build communities.n this paper, a field experiment and pot experiment to study the effects of complex microbial inoculants reclaimed soil nutrient content, soil microorganisms, growth and yield of maize in coal mining areas. The main results are as follows:1.Complex microbial inoculants different degrees of increase soil organic matter, soil nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content, to handle 4 (peat+N2+A+K8+ P7),6 (Bran+N2+K8+P7),7 (bran+N2+A+K8+SX3-2) is more effective. Effect of different microbial agents on soil total nitrogen, total phosphorus soil pH is not obvious, soil total potassium content tended to decrease compared with the control.2.The administration of complex microbial inoculants can effectively increase soil three categories microorganism, mainly bacteria and fungi in the early growth stage potted corn, corn seedling, bacteria increased 55.6% compared with CK2-104.2%, an increase of 25.0%-172.8 fungus%. Actinomycetes no significant increase in the seedling stage, at jointing stage than the increase of 34.7%-130.6% CK2. Overall to handle 4 (peat+N2+A+K8+P7), handling 7 (Bran+N2+A+ K8+SX3-2) and for 6 (Bran+N2+K8+P7) is better.3. the administration of complex microbial inoculants can promote potted corn plant growth, increase plant height and stem diameter, plant height than the 2.56%-8.97% increase CK2, stem diameter increment of 4.4%-16.6%, in order to deal with and handle 47 the better.4. The application of complex microbial inoculants can improve field corn yield, grain yield than the rate of increase CK2 of 12.7%-28.2%, biomass yield increase of 29.4%compared with CK2. Better to deal with the effect of 4, followed by treatment 7. Mainly in acres of grains per spike and increase the percentage.5.Effect of Peat and bran two carriers on corn yield and soil fertility was no significant difference compared with the lack of resources in the peat, bran rich resources in Hunan province, could consider using bran as a microorganism carrier material.
