| This study was to explore the effect of probiotics which were added to the basal diets on performance, metabolizability of nutrients, serum biochemical parameters and the expression of lipid metabolism related genes. A total of 320 healthy 1-day-old LuHua Broilerl were obtained and randomly divided into 2 treatments, with 8 replicates of 20 each.0.2% probiotics with basic diet added as the test diets.The feeding experiment was divided into the brooding period and growing period, each period 42 days, a total of 84 days.Metabolic trial was after feeding trial. Results showed as follows:The results of performance:At the age of 42d, the supplementation of 0.2%probiotics. probiotics group’s weight, ADG and ADFI increased by 5.46%,6.25%å’Œ3.61%, there is no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). At the age of 84d, the supplementation of 0.2% probiotics, probiotics group’s weight, ADG and ADFI increased by 9.71%(P<0.01).10.37%(P<0.01)å’Œ3.61%(P>0.05). The results show that probiotics can improve the feed conversion ratio,improve production performance.(2) Probiotics improved the carcass performance of Luhua chicken. Compared with the control group,probiotics group significantly improved carcass performance rate by 4.25%(P>0.05);eviscerated weight, semi-eviscerated weight, leg muscle weight, pectoral muscle weight increased by 0.11%,1.01%,0.38% and 7.38%;probiotics group abdominal fat weight ratio by 41.43%.The effect of probiotics on metabolizability of nutrients:At the age of 42d, Compared with the control group,probiotics group improved metabolizability of crude protein rate by 26.49%(P<0.05);Crude fat was decreased by 19.23%(P<0.01),improved metabolizability of crude fiber rate by 18.05%(P<0.05), and crude ash was decreased by 26.09%(P>0.05).At the age of 84d,Crude fat was decreased by 14.28%(P<0.01),improved metabolizability of crude fiber rate by 6.13%(P<0.05), and crude ash have no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).The results show that probiotics can improve metabolizability of nutrients in varying degrees. The effect of probiotics on serum biochemical parameters. At the age of 42d, probiotics group could increased Glu and HDL-C levels of serum.decreased TGã€TCã€LDL-C levels of serum,there is no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).At the age of 84d, probiotics group could increased HDL-C levels of serum.decreased TGã€TCã€LDL-C and Glu levels of serum,there is no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).(5) probiotics can decrease the expression of the liver, muscle and ileum in FAS gene,and the ileum group had significant difference with the control group;expression of ApoB gene in liver and in the ileum was increased, and expression of ApoB gene in muscle was decreased, but the difference was not significant between groups.It is concluded that the basal diet supplemented with 0.2% probiotics can effectively improve Luhua chicken’s health, thereby improved its production performance and metabolizability of nutrients,it’s good for the body to regulate lipid metabolism, improve carcass quality. |
