Soil borne disease is a major cause of watermelon Continuous cropping obstacle. With the development of the facilities of watermelon industry in China, the soil borne disease has spread, which cause serious damage to the yield and quality. Therefore, the use of safe and effective methods to overcome the soil borne disease has important practical significance. By planting watermelon 5 years of continuous cropping land as the research object, and using three different soil fumigants, including the Ammonium Bicarbonate, Chlorine Dioxide,Metham-sodium. At the same time,using both irrigation water and no irrigation treatment,combined with solarization for 15 days.In order to investigate the influence of the different soil fumigants and treatment on the growth of watermelon seedling plant and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. Through the analysis of soil nutrient, soil enzyme activity and the change of the soil microorganism quantity, discussed different soil disinfection methods on greenhouse watermelon inhibiting effect of continuous cropping obstacle. Main result as follow:1.Solarization technology can effectively improve the ground temperature inside the plastic shed. After added the soil fumigants, the 10 cm ground temperature increased more significantly and up to 52℃, which higher than that of soil fumigants+spill water. Different treatment were significantly higher than control of the ground temperature.2.After the different fumigants processed continuous cropping soil, research on the incidence of Fusarium wilt and the influence of seedling growth after artificial inoculation of watermelon plant. The results show that the different soil fumigants treatment were significantly reduced the watermelon wilt disease incidence of the plant, increased the plant height and stem diameter of the plant, promoted the seedling biomass accumulation.3. Under the condition of solarization, different soil fumigants and permeable treatment significantly improved the soil chemical and biological characteristics of continuous cropping in watermelon. Soil fumigants treatment, soil fumigants + spill water and permeable treatment can obviously increase the soil pH value; Metham-sodium+ spill water, Ammonium Bicarbonate + permeat, Chlorine+ spill water and spill water processing alone were significantly reduced soil EC value; Metham-sodium separated can obviously increased soil organic matter, available N, available K, available P content; After Metham-sodium + spillwater processing, available p content was also significantly increased; With the extension of soil disinfection treatment time, the number of soil bacteria and actinomycetes increased,fungi number dropped significantly. Compared to constract, Urease and Alkaline phosphatase activity have been varying degrees of inhibition, Dehydrogenase activity of different degree to promote function by different soil disinfection.
