The 3000 years of Platycladus orientalis in site soil conductivity reached highest, 1000 years of Platycladus orientalis in site soil alkali solution nitrogen content reached the highest; total potassium content in different ages of site and soil depth without significant difference.(2) The fertilization treatments promoted the growth of seedlings of Platycladus orientalis, under the condition of this experiment, which 11 reached is the best, that is, amount of fertilizer per kilogram of soil nitrogen fertilizer(N) 0.45 g, phosphate fertilizer(P2O5) 0.15 g, potash(K2O) 0.2g.(3) Through comprehensive analysis of wood vinegar on soil improvement and Platycladus orientalis growing influence and suggestions on growth of Platycladus orientalis, filling the dilution of the solution of wood vinegar is 25-100 times, it is recommended dilution ratio is 50 to 100 times on Platycladus orientalis Seedlings and trees.
