In this paper,the diversity of endophytic fungi in different age stages of Platycladus orientalis and different tissues of Platycladus orientalis were studied.The bacteriostasis and suppression of chitosan and wood vinegar and wood tar were studied.Two kinds of repair techniques were used to study the Rotten Huaihuo repair.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The age of Platycladus orientalis has a certain effect on the endophytic fungal community structure.In the lateral leaves,endophytic fungi showed a high colonization rate and separation rate of 46.2% and 53.2%,respectively,in the following stages of 100 a.The colonization rate and the separation rate of the 100 ~ 600 a stage and above 600 a are basically the same,which is approximately equal to half of the following stage of 100 a.(2)The diversity of endophytic fungi in different age stages showed a rich diversity,and the index was between 2.4 and 2.7,but there were some differences in similarity at different ages.The dominant populations remained unchanged,Dimorphospora,Epicoccum,Alternaria and Paecilomyces were dominant populations at all ages,but the proportion of dominant populations increased with age.(3)The structure of endophytic fungi in the different age stages was similar and specific.Similarity is shown in:Dimorphospora,Epicoccumsp,Alternaria and Paecilomyces were all dominant populations at all ages of Platycladus orientalis,and the frequencies were between 5% and 23%;Differences in performance:Part of the genus is endemic to a certain age stage,such as Annulohypoxylon,Chaetomium,Colletotrichum,Hypoxylon,etc.are endemic to age below 100 a,and no other ages are isolated.(4)The isolation rate and colonization rate of endophytic fungi were closely related to the organization and location of Platycladus orientalis.The endophytic fungi colonization rate was the highest(37.5%),the endophytic fungi(31.1%),the endophytic fungi colonies of the scales and trunks were close to 21.8% and 18.8%.The change rule of the isolation rate of endophytic fungi in different tissues was consistent with the colonization rate.(5)There were some differences in the diversity index of endophytic fungi between different tissues of Platycladus orientalis.The diversity index of endophytic fungi was the highest,2.653,the xylem was 1.61,the phloem was 1.61,the phloem of the trunk was 1.3,the xylem of the branch was 0.6.(6)There were significant differences in the dominant flora of endophytic fungi in different tissues of Platycladus orientalis.The dominant fungi were Dimorphospora(15.69%)and Epicoccum(15.52%).The endophytic fungi were isolated from the phloem of Platycladus orientalis,and the most dominant species were Epicoccum(45%).Two endophytic fungi were isolated from the xylem of the genus Platycladus orientalis,which were Epicoccum(50%)and Paecilomyces(50%),respectively.Four endophytic fungi were isolated from the phloem of Platycladus orientalis,among which the most dominant species were Paecilomyces(38.89%).The endophytic fungi were isolated from the xylem of Sabina vulgaris,and the most dominant species were Curvularia(23.59%)and Thermoascaceae(22.58%).(7)Comparison of bacteriostatic capacity:The bacteriostatic effect of chitosan on Coriolopsis and Antrodia subxantha was significant,and the inhibitory rate was 100% when the chitosan concentration reached 0.28%.The inhibitory effect of wood vinegar on Coriolopsis and Antrodia subxantha was significant,and the inhibition rate was 100% when the concentration of wood vinegar reached 3.6%.Wood tar has a strong antibacterial capacity,its oily layer to prevent the invasion and growth of other bacteria.(8)Comparison of steam suppression capacity:Wood tar section of the water evaporation has a strong ability to suppress.Chitosan paste suppression effect to be significantly lower than the wood tar,but still better than the control group.The addition of wood tar and chitosan pastes is not much higher than the effect of using wood tar alone,but higher than the use of chitosan paste alone.The treatment ability of the treatments was as follows: A treatment(wood tar)> C treatment(wood tar + chitosan)> B treatment(chitosan)> D blank group.
